Housekeeping didn’t clean room. Front desk called to say we were being loud and we were literally in bed. When we arrived to check in we couldn’t for 15 minutes because computer was updating. Would not stay here again.

Receptionist was rude, asked for dresser to be fixed. The drawers were open when we went in and they would not stay closed. They told us they were all like that but changed our room.

I’ll pass on this hotel, next time
Bed covers were old, stained and faded. Sheets were stained. Floor boards and corners were dusty. Dresser drawer would not stay closed, it rolled out about 1/4 of the way and stuck out in the walk way. Had a double Queen room but only 2 small towels for showers.

Was disappointed with this property. I usually stay af a country inn and suitrs once a month. Upon check in the room given was firty housekeeping had not cleaned. The second room was clean but proble.s with air and toilet. In the morning eas in shower and housekeeping barged in. Check out was not until noon.

The property is clean and well kept and the one staff member we interacted with was nice. But when we came into the room there were no towels. I had to go to the front desk to get some. Also the batteries to the tv remote were severely low which made navigating the tv difficult. The bed was hard. For one night it was ok but I would def not stay multiple nights here.

One of the front desk lady was very rude to me and my husband and when I complained about it to manager the was no remorse in there poor hospitality. I stayed for 4 nights and 3/4 nights I stayed my key card without any valid explanation as to why. I was in town to celebrate my husband graduating from army and they made our experience bad. Do not recommend.

Room was very clean, the atmosphere was excellent, loved the privacy its in the city but the grounds make it feel more private, rhe view from the room was nice. Comfy beds, good breakfast, the water bottles were a a nice touch in the room. Will be staying again!

We requested multiple times for someone to clean our room. The trash on the outaide was overflowing. There was food left in the mini fridge, which was unplugged when we arrived. The front desk staff were nice, but the facility as a whole seemed to be highly understaffed. Since our requests for cleaning went ignored.

I did not like that the air was not working in the room originally. The front desk person had to flip a switch back in the office to turn on the air in my room. Everything else was great! It was quiet and a very nice room for the money.

I had a hole that was cut out in the bathroom ceiling 😬 the front desk gal calls the manager and she says "oh i know about that". It wasn't the greatest place so i dont think i will stay again.

I drove 500+ miles (8 hours) to rudely be told they did not have my room i booked over a week earlier and had a confirmation number. the rude lady said someone called me and left a msg. i did not have a missed call or a msg from anyone. she did not offer me any other options but when hotels.com called her she offered them something else. i declined because the staff was rude and there was 2 of us that did not want to share a bed

Thank you for your review. We do apologize for our front desk not being as helpful and accommodating as we have trained them to be. As for your reservation we had been closed off online for months. Expedia, as well as other third party partners did not grant our closed status and kept accepting reservations and pushing them through. We do apologize for all the running around you had to do and for our front desk receptionist being rude.
