There was no housekeeping. The front desk lied to us about having the room cleaned. First was that it was an oversight. Second was that all housekeeping had quit that day. Third was that the Hotel did not provide housekeeping on the weekends. Each night we had to go to the front desk to get clean towels and shampoo. NEVER stay at this Hampton Inn.

I visit Columbus on a regular basis and my normal experience with the Hampton line is very good but I will never stay at this location again, it was extremely loud staff was very unfriendly and when I went to check out they could not give me a receipt and could explain what my final bill would be when I asked to stay until the situation was complete for a receipt they told me if I wanted to stick around all day when they have time to do it I could ,otherwise I needed to leave. I stayed 2 nights the floor above me was so loud all the way up till 1:30 am it took me over an hour for the front desk to even answer. When they did they said the didn’t know the room number that was above me When I told them my room number they still could not figure it out. No apologies Breakfast was not good and our room had no closet no dressers for our clothes no where to hang clothes no shampoo or Conditioner. Truly a very disappointing stay

When we checked in we were asked if we wanted a handicap room. I said no. Then we were assigned a room on the first floor. When checking out we were charged $39.00 for an upgrade we did not ask for. The morning clerk said she would look into it, which to me meant she was going to do nothing. Not too happy.

Location was close to the interstate without being noisy. We had a little confucion about which drive belonged to the hotel and which to a nearby restaurant.

Housekeeping was sparse at best. Room was clean but toiletries including paper was non existent. Breakfast was pretty good and staff was very pleasant. Could be staffing issues which I totally understand.

Property was clean and staff was very friendly. Overall hotel was ok but noisey. You can hear every movement on the floors from rooms above. Other than that it was decent.
