this hotel is next to the freeway so there is some noise. The more significant noise is from ideling semi trucks at the adjacent shopping center which vibrate the floor of the hotel

I stayed there for 3 nights for work, They did not clean my room once , my garbage was overflowing, no clean towel, tried calling front desk the phone would not work, when I checked in bathroom was dirty. I was unsatisfied would love a refund since my experience was terrible.

1 of the elevators were broken. This was during a basketball weekend and tournament had a block so ot caused delays. Other than that. It was a pleasant stay. Stag were very nice and friendly. Thanks.

This was one of the worst stays I have had at a hotel. The people were nice and room was satisfactory but there were other guests that were either smoking or leaving trails of pungent MJ. From the lobby through the hallway on our floor and into the room. There were people running up and down the hall, yelling and screaming at all hours and something happened during the night that put a police car under our window. We got no sleep. We did call the Front Desk who were nice but it didn't change anything. Too bad some people have no respect for other guests.

The shampoo and body wash provided were polluted with urine. Who would do such a thing? Well, they did. I got a bar of soap from the Rite Aid next door. The many good aspects of the hotel, new carpet for example could not compensate for smelling like a wet diaper.

It was a nice clean hotel. The staff was very nice and accommodating. They provided a microwave to my room at no extra charge. There’s a lot of close convenir stores at walking distance. Good location and price was great.

This place is good, good value and the place is clean. They have mini fridge and NO microwave. So you can cool your leftovers but can’t reheat them. They charge for parking which is outdoors and always full, so you’ll pay $7 a day, $14 for a one night stay to park in a shopping center. Please stop getting money out of us when it’s not worth it.

We had an enjoyable one night stay here - me, my husband, mother in law, and pooch. Positives - great staff, easy to locate, dog friendly, price was acceptable although $75 extra for the dog seemed a bit high. The mini-suite was great, clean, new furnishings, bed and hideaway bed comfortable, very comfortable pillows, and very spacious with large balcony. There is a door that can be closed to separate the bedroom and bath from living room and hide-a-bed. Check in was very easy. Parking lot is great - no people roaming around or suspicious behavior. Parking is a minor $7.00. There are two great shopping areas - across parking lot and really great one across the street. We walked through both and loved the vibe. We loved Urban Eats for dinner and Paris Baguette for pastries in the morning. Negatives- don't waste your time and money with in-hotel breakfast. $12 each - hubby and m.i.l. both said it was bad and his egg sandwich was some how freshly made and still cold. It took about 15 minutes for the "cook" to show up and another 15 to place the order - they said they waited about 40 minutes to get their sub-par food. Meanwhile I sat in the room and ate my outstanding leftovers from Urban Eats. 😁 The in-room coffee was not great but works in a pinch. Had to ask for bedding for the hide-a-bed. and needed extra towl. Had originlky booked for 2 ppl so likely a misunderstanding. Will stay here again when in the area.

This is now our 3rd time staying at this hotel and it is one of our favorites in the area. Parking fee is more reasonable than others. Staff is always super nice. Rooms are spacious and for the most part clean. Conveniently located across a plaza with plenty of food options. Mall is nearby also. I just wish they had free breakfast.

The reason to stay here is the staff. The room was fine. The workout area was fine (no towels… 😕). The breakfast bar was “meh”. The front desk staff was super helpful and nice. I dealt with three different people and all were amazing. Can’t remember names, but Sunday night and Thursday morning were the main people I dealt with and they were awesome. So friendly and helpful. I also needed a few things (towels, coffee and cups) and the housekeeping staff was super friendly as well. Will definitely be returning!
