When I arrived to the hotel 5 hours ago
They did not manage to give me a room that I reserved then they offered me a different rooms that I do not accept one of which is handicapped,They told me that I can get a refund from expedia but when I called tue expedia customer service ,they did not accept what they did and charged me 400 $.
I do not know what to say ,Unacceptable Unethical and they destroyed my weekend plans ,All of family is still crazily angry to both
This unethical hotel and expedia who prefer not to suppor us for refund
Great experience and the worst customer desk that I have ever seen in my life ,Thank you for this awful experience
