My first room had roaches, The girl at the desk was apologetic, and moved me to another room that was roach free, but had huge gaps around the door and smelt bad.

It was good for what i was looking for. Some new blankets and new coat of paint on the walls would good a long way and it could've been cleaner but it wasn't too bad.

Not a place for a family!
It was nasty, bugs like roach in the fridge and bathroom, u pay for what u get for $50. We had to move to another hotel with the kids. Not good at all

Trash compactor overflowing. The rooms in the back aren't pretty either. The yard looks like the aftermath of a hurricane. Pillow case had dark brown spot, bathroom door hanging on by one hinge. Refrigerator and microwave surprisingly clean

Could be a little better put together. Bathroom door did not lock. Crack in mirror. Could not plug bathtub. Very nice staff. I don't like that it has porn channels, that makes the room feel dirty, especially if as soon as you turn the tv on, that's the channel on. Could of used a couple more towels. The staff is very nice though. And the price is fair.

NIGHTMARE in Center Valley
This was without a doubt the WORST hotel I have ever been to. The room was dirty and the door was open when we arrived - the parking lot was full of what looked like abandoned cars and debris like there was construction going on - months ago. We went back to the desk - I explained that my wife was sickened by the room and surrounding and left to find different accommodations elsewhere.

Front desk asked to change type of room, which I agreed to, but gave me a smoking room. I ended up very sick from breathing in smoke fumes all night. The room and motel were in disrepair. I was never offered wifi information. There are clearly many long-term guests there with broken down vehicles and all kinds of junky items outside rooms. Other guests were loud and clearly engaged in drug activities awakening me at 2am with noise. I will never return to this trashy establishment. The woman at the front desk was pleasant in demeanor.

Nasty hotel
Unfortunately, my boyfriend and I had to spend the night in this place, there have street cats everywhere and garbage all over the place. Our room has only one bed and they put it was two beds. I wanted a refund but they claimed that service was provided and no refunds after the fact. I am so disappointed and I advise everyone to not stay a night over there unless you ate junkie

I didn't stay.
I'm surprised Expedia would advertise this facility. It appeared to be more of the type of hotel that allows people to stay long term. There were vehicles in the parking lot with flat tires that hadn't been operated for an extended period of time. Also there was a number of cats roaming around and the facility appeared to have been reopened without having been renovated. Once I saw the room which required last minute work with an electric drill, I could not bring myself to show it to my wife.

Hotel was located on a very busy street. It was not well lit and the first room was located on the back side of the farthest bldg. There were no outside lights and no windows in that part . Could not see a thing. It was surrounded by undergrowth and felt very un-secure. front desk and told them I could not stay in this room. (have bad eyesight)They finally agreed to move me to a better location. Not worth the money and should not be on your list!

Visiting old hometown for the weekend.
It seemed that Hotel was undergoing several renovations at the time. Where the breakfast I assume is served was all torn up and being worked on so no breakfast was offered. Our room was in the rear away from the congestion of the parking area and Route 309, it was quieter and more private. I would request one of these rooms if available.

Too many to quote. The environment /ambience is really port, though the room was good. The door had a problem and it was pretty scary as there was no bolt/latch (extra) for peace of mind of the night. Place did not offer even a cup of coffee....I have had better experience with Motel 6...I pad $50 plus tax and feel I should be refunded the entire amount Never recommend this place to your customers....at least I know I will not

I would not even let a dog stay in their room, Doors are unsecure(previously broke and poorly repaired)Stains on all bedsheets. bathroom full of mold. Shady characters hanging aroud hotel. They offer rooms by the hour.. Owner will not work with us at all for a refund and decided its in the best interest of our safety to not stay there and take it as a loss.

I picked this motel to stay at because it was cheap and right down the road from an event I was attending all weekend. When my friend and I got there we automatically got a bad feeling about this place, it just looked like a place where shady things happen. We weren't entirely wrong. The motel stairs were missing paint and looked unkempt, the room was dirty and I'm pretty sure I found a bed bug on a pillow. Sunday night I went to go check out early a little after eight, there was another guest checking out in front of me. After they were checked out the staff turned and walked back to where he came out of. I stood around for a few minutes thinking he had maybe just gone to the bathroom, but once I realized he wasn't coming back I wrote my room number was checking out left the key and left.

disgusting sheets. there was hair and other particles, looked like they haven't washed the bedding in weeks. also, the pillows are THROW PILLOWS, meaning there is no pillow case to be changed. soon as I walked in and washed my hands, I found a dead bug under the hand towel. they don't have complimentary breakfast, which most motels do, even for that price. the bed was very uncomfortable, I barely slept. location sucks, in the middle of nowhere on a highway, if you don't have a car forget it.

Good location, bad service
Our first impression was pretty bad. They told us both hotel rooms we booked were supposed to be non-smoking, but one of them reeked of cigarette smoke, to the point where it would have made my mom sick. I went to the desk and told them we didn't want the other room. We would manage with one room. Later my Dad was able to get them to give us another room that was actually non-smoking. Upon close inspection it was discovered that there were popcorn and crayons under the bed from previous tenants. Also, the beds did not have fitted sheets, so while tossing and turning during the night, the sheet slipped off and I was partially laying on the mattress directly. Hotel manager's wife informed us that we took too long of a shower to the point where water was dripping into her room beneath our room. Also when we sat on the edge of one of the beds, the other end would come up, as if the mattress was too long for the frame. The sheets had stains on them. They also had pornographic channels on the TV, that were right in the middle of family channels. The rooms were not well lit. In fact one of the lights in our room did not have a bulb in it. Our mantra for the week was "it only cost X dollars a night." Honestly, next time, I'd rather pay more for better services. Besides all this, the workers were pretty accommodating to our needs by providing another room for us that was actually non-smoking. Plus, the beds were fairly comfortable.

REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE
THIS PLACE IS UNBELIEVABLE! I arrived and the room key did not work, the gentleman at the front desk, (no older than 13) could not provide a working room key! He stated that the porter, and only other employee, would lock the room as we came and went! ABSURD! The room was filthy and I sneezed as soon as I walked in, the toilet had urine on it, the carpet was a disgrace, the sink had burns around it?...possible house of ill repute? The street was under massive construction and made it hard to get in the parking lot which was empty for a reason---people don't stay here. I tried to get my money back and they refused, even though I met the requirements of leaving within 15 min.
