Looked newly renovated and clean. They renovated everything in the room not just new furniture and throw some wallpaper on the walls like other hotels and still have holes in the walls. Enjoyed our one night stay here.
Stayed here for a night on our way home from Florida. The rooms had been freshly updated and were beautiful! We had a comfortable nights sleep, delicious breakfast, and nice shower. We stayed here back in 2018 as well. I’d definitely stay here again.

Major construction project at hotel. Should be identified on Hotels.com website and not when get to hotel at
Hotel is not at Hampton level currently - Possibly after construction. Dust in elevator.
The room had a musty, moldy smell. The sink filled up with waste water from the room next door.

I would skip this one
The staff were wonderful. The condition of the property is not up to what a Hampton inn should be. There were ants on the desk in the room. Lots of ants. The toilet overflowed . Lots of water all over the bathroom. The staff did immediately come and help with the water situation. The staff were great, the property is not great

Good stay, except for all the dogs, which were NOT service animals. Had to share the elevator with them or wait for the next, and there was only one elevator.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us here at the Hampton Inn Williamsburg. I am so sorry about how you feel about the dogs, but as of March of 2022 Hilton has gone pet friendly at all of their hotels.
We stayed at Hampton Inn in Williamsburg, Kentucky as a layover for a long road trip. It was the perfect stopping point to rest and recharge for the next day’s journey. The room was very comfortable and clean. We will use again on our return trip home.
