A gem
A very clean, pleasant place with friendly service. It has everything we needed for a chill out few days. Quiet, spacious room, with sitting area outside in the small garden. Plenty of parking space. Didn't get to walk around the area, but it's walking distance to the beach. Netflix on TV which was great for movie night. WiFi for phone was a bit temperamental but not a big deal as we were trying to avoid "work emergencies". An option of softer pillows would have made everything perfect. Breakfast menu looked amazing, perhaps next time!

I stayed with my partner for a night there,our room was lovely, nice & clean. Perfect for 2 people stay. Room has got everything from fridge, cutlery, toaster, kettle, microwave to smart TV. Bathroom is spacious & very clean. talking about Location, it is close to main town & walking distance the lost springs. We were given some complimentary nut bars & cookies for the morning tea. We enjoyed our stay & would love to consider this place again for our stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The bed was very comfortable, room was tidy and clean. We loved the morning bike ride (bikes provided). The breakfast was well presented and affordable. Everything you need to a getaway

This is a lovely hide-away yet so close to the beach and facilities. The cosey unit had everything you would need and was spotlessly clean. The Hosts were amazing as we had a medical issue and they were supportive and caring. Highly recommended for a peaceful stay in Whitianga.

We found Andreas B and B a very çozy clean and a lovely place to stay. Very warm and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. Would very much recommend this accommodation.

this was a lovely spot, close to the beach and lost springs pools, and really easy to get to town. It was really handy having bikes to use as Whitianga is really flat and easy to get around by bike. The room was lovely and there were lots of nice touches to make us feel welcome and at home

Comfort in paradise
Really enjoyed our stay here. The hosts were lovely and friendly, the room was super clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Close to amenities and the lost springs. I would definitely stay again.

Absolutely lovely place to stay! Can not think of any negatives at all! Very clean and tidy, 2 minute walk from the beach, 2 minute drive to Lost Springs Spa and 4 minute drive into the town centre. Has aircon and a fan so was able to cool down the room significantly during the warm day and felt incredibly safe staying here. Amazing shower! Enough room for 3 and a rainhead was pretty amazing! Complementary milk and water in the frigde and kette and cutlery available. Very friendly encounters with the owner too. Thank you so much for sharing your amazing little place!

Nice and clean cottage
Nice and clean cottage, located in a quiet neighbourhood. Bathroom looked newly renovated. There was a great selection of tea, drinks, and breakfast bars which we enjoyed. Highly recommend their breakfast - I can't remember the exact name but their Italian tomato dish was amazing. I think the bedroom blind could be replaced for greater privacy.

We love our breakfast menu and hope there's something for everyone to enjoy, whatever the requirement is for the day. Thank you too for your thoughts on the blind. The blind is a bamboo Venetian blind which allows the guest full control over how open or closed they choose to have the blind. There is also a pittosporum tree almost immediately in front of the window which gives extra privacy across 80% or more of the area of the window. With the entrance way to the cottage being a ranch slider with quite a large area of glass, it is possible to have the cottage light inside even with the Venetian blind fully closed, or dark inside by using the net curtains and drapes across the ranch slider. We will continue to keep this under review and thank you for your thoughts.

Both Andrea and Mac have a wealth of knowledge about the area and are more than happy to share it . They want your visit to be as pleasant as possible. There are two rooms both of which are very good but the cottage is much roomier although the shower in the house room is better. It's only a 15 minute walk to town where there are several restaurants to choose from. P.S I recommend the poached eggs at breakfast.

Andrea and Macca were extremely friendly and welcoming hosts. Andrea gave recommendations for dinner and made our reservations and she was spot on. Room was very clean and we appreciated the AC after previous nights at other accommodations without and a very warm February. Easy walk to town along the beach, yet far enough away to be very quiet. The beach itself was a block away and nice for an afternoon swim!

Wonderful Whitianga
Wonderful hosts at Andreas B&B. This was the last night of our 7 week trip and being served breakfast on the Patio deck by Macca in his apron was far better than the usual breakfast experience in a hotel. Would definitely return if we are ever lucky enough to visit this beautiful country again.

Couldn’t fault Andrea’s B&B, best b&b I have stayed at. Room was very clean, breakfast amazing, lots of thought into guests experience....from the bowl of fruit on table to vase of roses on the Breakfast table. I would definitely stay again!
