"Hotel is great- next to Petco Park..bonus! That is why I booked room. Location is perfect. Pool area nice, restaurants great and coffee shop was a bonus. I was not impressed with one of the females at check in and out. She didn’t seem happy or helpful. I had to ask for my “extra amenities”, no mention of room upgrade, robotic sounding response when asked if we could have late checkout."
