We needed accommodations for 3 single adults. We booked a room with 2 queen beds & a sofa sleeper. It was a perfect setup, especially with the sink outside the bathroom. We were very pleased with the room.

New parking car on-line set-up was ridiculous...took me 5 minutes to set it up whereas it would have taken the staff 15 seconds to get basic car info. Don't overthink it.

Great location for our trips to Driscoll Children's Hospital. We love the Embassy Suites for their rooms, cleanliness, and friendliness of staff. And as always we love the breakfast and evening drinks and snacks. We will definitely continue to book our stays here.

The free drinks at night was great way to relax after a long ride trip. Limit 2 per person. The room was clean and you could not hear anything outside the door. The hot breakfast was great too. We loved the open concept to the first floor. Pool looked nice but we chose to let all the kids have fun.

Furniture is dated. We had a leak in our room which maintenance came and fixed but still continued leaking two days later. There was something in the bathroom that made us sneeze and our noses drain each time we showered or spent too long in there. Breakfast Alton’s were great.

They have a great breakfast and the rooms were nice. They also have happy hour in the evening. The pool was nice but too many young children in the jacuzzi. The staff in the front were nice but the people cleaning the rooms were not so nice. When passing by their cleaning carts with our luggage they seemed upset because we couldn't pass by and they had to scoot over. The hotel does need some upgrades. The doors and edges of cabinets in the rooms were peeling and looked old. There was also a pair of children's socks under the curtains in the livingroom. Also both elevators were out on the back side of the hotel so we had to take the stairs during checkout. Overall are stay was good besides the minor details.

This was a typically nice Embassy Suites property but showing its age. The air inside is quite humid, which can also be felt in the carpets, but probably understandable given the humid climate near the ocean. Only 2 out of 4 elevators were in service over 3 days, so being on the upper floors was a bit inconvenient. We didn't use the breakfast service but it looked nice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially Jason (I think his name was) at the front desk.

My family and I typically stay at this particular Embassy Suites but this last stay was not so good. Our AC was not functioning properly and when we asked for a fan at the front we were told the AC was working just fine, secondly we chose this location for the indoor pool but someone unfortunately broke a glass in the pool area causing them to shut down the pool. I will consider other options next time.

Had problems with the A/C you either get hot or cold not very convenient. Rooms not that quiet in between outside noise is fine. Staff is friendly. Not enough staff at the restaurant or bar.

Breakfast was great. Nice, open area, fresh food. Only complaint would be the milk was empty when we needed it. Omelettes were fantastic. Loved not being crammed up next to other guests - open atrium was wonderful.

For the price we paid, alot could've been better, bathroom was small, and not very clean. You can see mold starting to grow. Pool was okay. Very strong chlorine. Burning my eyes just being in the area. Didnt enforce no glass inside the pool area. Alot of adults had thier glassware left by the jaccuzi area, ended up having to pick up after those ppl since no worker came. Didnt want those kids to play with it(i had to stop some kids to stop) and break them in the pool or on the floor. Barely had any towel. Had to ask the front desk and when the worker came to refill it it was gone in 5 min. And she never came back to refill the towels again. So overall it was meh. Could've been alot better. Its one of the expensive hotel in the area so i was expecting better quality

This is not the standard we hold ourselves too. Thank you for helping with the glassware in the pool. At the hotel we do ask guest to not eat or drink in the pool area. Management does their best to make sure the area is clear, and I am sorry they were not their to help. We are very sorry the guest did not follow these guidelines. I would also like to extend an apology to there being no towels when needed. At the hotel we do the best we can to keep up with the demand of pool guests and it looks like we fell short here. We will take all of your comments under consideration as we look to improve the customer experience. Overall a good stay
Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suites. We enjoyed the daily evening happy hour although the lighting and ambience was a bit dreary because of the weather outside. The suite was a good size. Everything was clean but the hotel rooms could use an update as they are beginning to show their age; especially the couches. Room was cleaned daily which we appreciated. The one negative and I hate to point this out is that I saw a roach the first night there by the kitchenette in the room. I killed it and didn’t see any others but wish I hadn’t seen that. The hotel is right by the highway and convenient to everything.

This is probably the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Breakfast was amazing and love that the pool opens at 8 and check out is at 10. Family friendly and everyone interaction with staff was amazing! This will be the only hotel I stay in when I travel to corpus!

Property is old, worn, and "tired", not in line with my normal Embassy Suites experience. Breakfast was very nice; well served and attended under difficult circumstances witha bi crowd of students etc. tha all came at the same time. Jacob at front desk very helpful and welcoming.
