Great location in Port Aransas!!
Very nice condo located near the beach and restaurants. Property management is very attentive and quick to take care of any issues.

Great location and price
Conveniently located. Short drive to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Mattresses were a little run down. One bedroom the mattress had a huge dip in the middle causing us to roll towards the middle of the bed. Fridge is rather small but we managed. Unit was clean and overall comfy.

Great Condo
We loved being able to bring our boat and keep it in a boat slip right were we stayed. Great location close to restaurants and shopping, condo had everything we needed and was very clean!

Spring Break Fishing
Walking distance to restaurants, the jetty, the marina, shops...yet tucked away in a quiet part of the town. Parking was easy and enjoyed leaving our boat in a slip for easy access.

Family Spring break
As a family we love coming down to P.A. for some relaxation time. This location was close to everything, the beach, restaurants and ferry landing. It was a clean and quiet location, perfect. We will definitely book here next time.

Great getaway but overly strict
Clean, great location, nice amenities it had what we needed for a superb weekend! We especially liked the fishing pier. Only issue we had was during check out when our golf cart would not start. That is when the property management began harassing us and was being rude. Mind you this was at 12pm and check out is at 11am. We were already out of the condo but still in the reserved parking area when she began taking our pictures, video footage and video footage of our underage kids , threatening to call the police. I would not stay here again due to the unprofessional property management and not being understanding of our situation. I have stayed in many condos and have never dealt with anything like this before.

Ms. Macias, I am so glad you liked the condo and enjoyed your stay. As for the issue with the property manager... the office was never notified of a problem with a golf cart. At 12:30 the office tried calling you (left a message), messaged you thru Vrbo and sent a message to your email and you never responded. The property manager then walked over and spoke to someone out on the balcony about you needing to leave as it was past check out time (still nothing was said about a golf cart). She then called Vrbo regarding the situation and they were unable to get in contact with you as well. At that time, she was advised by Vrbo to call the authorities. She waited until after 2pm to do that (she was taking photos of the vehicles license plates) and your party finally vacated the condo at 2:30pm. All the while, there were 3 vehicles and 2 golf carts parked at the condo, with no one in them. IF she had been advised of the situation with a golf cart either of the 2 times she walked over to the condo, she would have gladly assisted in getting you help. But, as she was unaware of any issue with a golf cart, she would not have known your reason, or an explanation for refusing to leave the condo.

We had a great time and it was in a great location. Only downside was the stairs to get up to the next level. Would definitely stay here again :)

Great place!
Great place!!! Gave 4 stars on cleanliness as the floors could’ve been cleaned better and there were brown stains on the bedding in one of the bedrooms, very minor findings. I will say that the property manager was immediately available for some questions that I had, even though it was after office hours. Great place, loved the decor, and absolutely loved the fishing pier that odd on the property!!! Would definitely stay again!!
