Nice location for local beach or hitting Padre Island National Seashore
Property was exactly as listed. We enjoyed our stay. There is a front office you'll check in at to get your gate keycard and keys for the door. Make sure to get both! We got there around midnight on a Friday and office was open, so you shouldn't have issues getting checked in if you're driving in from quiet a ways like we were. Condo was nice. You have a view of North shore Beach from the balcony. Definitely will try to stay here again when back in Corpus.

Nice & Clean but not quite wonderful.
The absolute downfall of this property is the stair climb to the 3rd floor with ice chest, luggage, groceries, and beach accessories. There are no working elevators, and I suspect they've been broken for a long time with no repair in the near future. It would have been nice to be told that in advance. I certainly got my steps in while on vacation. Additionally, I was charged a Pet fee. First of all, I did not have a pet, and secondly, there are no pets allowed as I was told at check-in when I asked about the pet fee. The room itself was nice but a little cramped as it's not a very big space. It was clean and well maintained, but I will not return unless the elevators are working. I did call the owner on the day I checked in to ask questions, he did not answer, I left a message to please call me, and he never responded.

Was charged a Check-In fee when we checked in and this extra fee was not disclosed on the property listing. This property is on the 3rd floor and the elevator was not working. The first key given to us did not work so had to go get a 2nd key. The wifi network that was told would be available was not available.

We had a good time regardless of a few setbacks. Owner was very very sweet and fixed some things that needed fixed. It was difficult wearing masks all around but otherwise, we had a great time. Beautiful views and beautiful beach!

There was a required extra $15 check-in fee which was not described on Expedia. We were there on Tuesday evening around 6pm. The wifi seems not working. We called the front desk and was told no one was available for the issue.

We had a great time. The property was right on the beach, it was clean, AC worked great, enjoyed a full size refrigerator, LOVED the balcony and the price was awesome! We will definitely stay here again!

Great if you're doing a little drinking at the beach and don't want to drive.
Some of the buildings are being remodeled. We loved our condo. It was decorated nicely and had everything we needed. It had a nice view and we were able to do a little drinking on the balcony. We easily walked to the beach in less than five minutes. My son enjoyed the pool. There is also a restaurant that is less than 10 minutes when walking. We were able to have a few drinks there as well, then walk back. It was a great time. We definitely will be back.

I asked the owner if we could check in earlier than 4 and was told it was okay. We checked in about 2 and the place was a dirty mess. The owner didn't bother to let the maid know about our early check-in. All the owner told us was sorry it was a miscommunication. That was it. The place is run down and the beach is not really a beach more of a bay. I wouldn't recommend this place.

This was our second time in the past year staying here and it was exactly as we remembered it. It did have some updates done to it so the decorations were a little different but it is definitely where we will always stay when we come to Corpus Christi. Great location and easy access to the beach and other tour sites in walking distance. Definitely recommend

After Christmas getaway!
We enjoyed our stay in Corpus Christi. The best part about the rental was the view and the easy access to the beach and the water. The condo was just right for the two of us. The fridge and freezer were big enough for lots of food! From the condo we could walk to a place where there was a walk up bar. Immensely enjoyed the sunrise! There was A/C and a keurig coffee maker, and there used to be a wine bottle opener, but it must have been taken, so we supplied a new one:) I recommend a little trip to Aransas and Mustang Island(on the gulf) which less than an hour away. We took the free ferry ride on the north side. We also ate at Moondog Seaside Eatery in Rockport. The food was excellent and we sat outside next to the water and saw a dolphin! We would come again!

We was very disappointed in this place. Had other people’s things in ice box, bathroom , ,kitchen and bed room ! Eric was very disrespectful. Very hard to talk to . We don’t recommend this places any all.

The condo provides shampoo, soaps, condiments, coffee, tea etc... not other people’s things. I am easily accessible. It became apparent they read no information unfortunately.

After recovering from the shock of the condition of the unit we had a good time in Corpus Christi. The unit needs TLC. There was a broken lamp shade, hole and damaged walls, dirty carpet and no beach supplies. We bought paper plates and plastic forks. The appliances were clean but dishware needed to be washed. The pictures online were made to look spacious, the unit was very small. That being said, we enjoyed the location. The view of the beach was beautiful.

The comments of this guest are unfounded. Housekeeping is very experienced, they run through a checklist of items including any damage or cleaning issues which are reported to me after each stay. I gave this guest a positive review. Shortly afterwards this guest posted an entirely false review. I was on the property after their departure as I check on my property regularly and inject improvements. I as my reviews reveal provide condiments, spices,coffee and tea. More than then the Radisson down the beach. The pictures of the condo are what they are and well explained on the website. As far as a condo owner providing beach supples? I provide lotion and aloe. Beyond that if one is going to the beach bring what you need. I provide more than any owner here provides for vacation rentals at a great price point. There are no damages or disfuntion in my condo. It has new beds,TVs, and everything is honestly represented. This former guest while I gave her a good review I will ban for any future stays. Thank you. Trust in the majority of the reviews as I have worked for them.

Small but good place
The condo is tiny and while it states 5 people can stay there that might be fine if it is 3 small children and 2 adults it works better for no more than 4 people who are adults because while there are enough beds there is not much space. Also, this is not on the owner of the condo but the complex itself states it has a gym but really only the weights work nothing else in the gym is functional. This though like I said I do not hold against the owner of the condo but the complex itself. Overall though a great place to stay.

The size of these 400 units amongst 3 buildings is identical. All the vacation rentals state the size and mostly advertise two queen-sized sleeping areas, and two bunk beds, which traditionally equals 6. These are vacation properties that normally accommodate FAMILIES. The HOA also has rules that limit stays to 4 adults, among 6 total occupants. All these facts are stated in writing on the site.

A great place for the price!
We had a great time at this beach. Eric was really great with communication and was super quick to help with our questions. It was so nice to have the beach outside our door! It was in a good place for the activities we wanted to do. It was an older feeling condo and didn’t feel squeaky clean but was great for the price.

Reason why not 5 stars
They couldnt check me in with the reference number i had received from them. They needed a room number. So i had to stand there in front of other guests holding up the line while i searched through my emails trying to find the room that was giving to me 3 months ago. It was annoying. So other than an annoying way to check in everything was perfect.

I am sorry about that problem. The attachments explain the check in process but the property staff is not involved between the owner and renter, they just facilitate the check in so they reference only room numbers, not our confirmation number. But perhaps this can be made clearer. Thank you.
