I do apologize for the on-going construction at the property. This construction is explained in the detailed description of the condo you rented. We also encouraged everyone to call with any questions or concerns and have been nothing but transparent with all of the guests. There were alternate routes to and from the condo, yes, a bit longer of a walk but it did circumvent the parking lot and on-going construction. Without hesitation and without your request I did refund you an entire nights stay and also extended a discounted rate for your next visit. We are at the end stages of a very large improvement project and unfortunately this last stage has been more challenging but for the most part everyone has been very supportive and understanding. Yes, and at times breakers are tripped and the electricity goes out. The Manager was able to trouble shoot the issue and power was restored. Again I am so very sorry your stay was negatively impacted and in the future please come by, see the improvements and we hope to see you again. Sincerely, deborah
