The front desk people were friendly. The switch by the front door turns on the TV. Took us a bit to figure that out. Washer worked on first floor, but the dryers didn’t. The whole place needs updating and a deep clean. The toilet was size small. Not easy to do your business on. We were there 3 nights with no maid service. Had to go to front desk to get more toilet paper, extra towels and trash bags.

The room was very appealing with modern lighting, clean carpet, nice linens and furniture. We were very pleased. The pool and hottub were beautiful and inviting. The only downside was that the king bed was very soft, which isn't our preference. Breakfast was ok.

This property always has friendly staff. Excellent actual hot breakfast, rooms, area, pool all super clean. Zero problems. But i feel like if i had one they would handle it swiftly.

Every staff member we encountered was helpful and friendly. Nice hot tub. Lots of food options with in walking distance. Felt comfortable with our truck in the parking lot . We would definitely come back if in the area.

We chose to stay here because we stayed before a couple of years ago and were so pleased. We were just as pleased this time! The best thing in our opinion is the bed! The mattress is so comfortable. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful in giving a recommendation of where to eat. We don’t get to Cortez often but when/if you do again, this will “our”place!!

Apparently there was some kind of water break. No notifications that would have allowed us to make other arrangements. Got to hotel and turned away and every hotel in that immediate area was full. The worst customer service ever! And the girls at the desk were blaming the manager who apparently was in hiding! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

On check-in, the front desk attendant came out of the back room (not a bathroom) fumbling with his belt buckle. Creep! Did not feel safe after that and instructed my teenage daughter we needed to change in the bathroom only with the door closed where there was no mirror. . The man should not be employed where public interaction is required.

Good inexpensive option on the way to Durango. Clean rooms and great breakfast. Maintenance in room 123 needed greatly.
