"Everything was fine enough. very basic and normal hotel room. pillows were a 2/10 though and the lights shined through the curtains and made it hard to sleep. Would stay again if i had to. "

"No brewkfast, no coffee and it took too long to check out. Please get parking garage pass because the area is sketchy. "

"Beds are the most comfortable I've ever slept in! However, You can hear tons of traffic, sirens, airplanes and people. Nice place bring earplugs. Sorry 😐"

"Front desk clerk Anna checked to make sure our room was clean and ready for us to check in. Anna was very pleasant and helpful to make sure we would have a nice stay. Also Raquel the night clerk was very helpful in obtaining us an Uber to our concert event and made sure we returned back to the hotel safely before she left work that evening. Breakfast was also good. All in all these 2 ladies made sure we had a magnificent stay and we'll be sure to return again next time we're in Nashville."

"Clean room. Rocky was friendly and courteous, breakfast is great kitchen are clean. Easy access for us where to eat. I would recommend it i am a hilton member seeing and staying with best western I will stay with them again"

"Property was under renovation and not worth the cost. Had I known it was under renovation I would have never booked it. Had to book another hotel for me and my guests which was inconvenient, expensive, and embarrassing."
