"We stayed here for one night and it was great. Very easy check in process and the breakfast in the morning was great as well. Only about 20 minutes from the arena so it was nice and quiet and a good distance away from Nashville that you can easily get back and that it wasn’t too loud or too close."

"Assumed we were in for a quiet, safe stay, but turned out to be a party house. The overall cleanliness was substandard, and the parking was Next to the Dumpster! Allegedly, all renters signed the quiet after 10pm agreement, but at least 6 nights were filled with screaming and banging. Great place for a party weekend, but not for an old couple visiting Nashville"

"We loved staying here as the rooms, bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious with good size beds. Kitchen utensils were helpful for making pasta for kids 😊, it's closeby to all groceries and pharmacy. Nautical properties were quick in responding to all questions. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5, the door handles of bathroom and rooms were not working properly and I had to let the property management company know about it and no action was taken by owner when called, since I had a toolkit in car,...
