Decent but unspectacular hotel. Service is very poor. We arrived at 9:30am. Having paid $100 for an early check-in we were advised no rooms were ready but should expect a text around lunchtime - fair enough. We eventually arrived back at the hotel at 3:30pm - official check-in is 3pm - only to be told there were no rooms ready. Apparently despite that official check-in time we were told 3pm is optional for the hotel and we’d have to wait. After 20 mins of arguing they miraculously found a room. Meanwhile at the other desk we watch two sets of guests be checked in! After that start it’s tough to feel good about the place. Rooms were clean and functional.

As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by the valet staff. The check-in experience was equally wonderful, with friendly smiles and excellent service. Everything about our stay was perfect. We truly enjoyed our experience and felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended!

Great location, short walk to Ryman and Broadway, but far enough away to stay out of the fray and noise. Staff was courteous and helpful. Valet parking was a bit frustrating…online app didn’t seem to work well and they appeared to be shorthanded. So took a while to get our car, but didn’t seem to have any other options

Great
