“The service is extraordinary, every single person is willing to help at any time.
You must take the all-inclusive package, otherwise, it is very expensive. The tours have to be organized on time because they don’t offer all of them all the days of the week. As soon as you arrive make your reservations for the restaurants to get a spot.
This hotel is more for families than couples. It does not have nightlife. The bar closes at 12.
If you go to Jammers ask for Marcellus. The best bartender....

All the staff were very unfriendly.
The room was extremely noisy and low quality and in the back of the hotel, with view to the traffic jam, it was like you had no door and had the cars and motos inside the room!
There were never beach towels available! ”
