“Great staff...GM and entire team were committed to customer service and support. Resourceful and fun. Beach location is a huge plus, new owner is installing upgrades to improve the customer experience. Good parking. Rooms are showing their age and signs of nostalgia, but simple, clean and cozy. I like the wall heaters!”

“Being surrounded by the redwoods was wonderful. The property itself was very basic. No TV, no internet, no cell service. The bed was very uncomfortable and the sofa had lost it's springs. It was very private, quiet and the cabins are spaced far enough apart.”

Fresh eggs in the fridge straight from the flock downstairs! The Hideaway is a great, secure basecamp for spending a couple of days in the redwoods.”
