For a small town with loads of tourists I wasn’t expecting five star all around service. The unhoused were walking everywhere outside the hotel and blasting music which started us multiple time through the night and not only that inside the hotel there were yelling and screaming of unknown origins. With what we gathered there we’d suggest visiting but not staying over night

No staff to interact with, had to go back and have keys remade but it was a fast easy fix. People up above us was jumping and stomping late night. At 11pm i called and let customer service know. They took care of it right away.

This hotel has a remote checking process where you are required to speak to live person via video on a machine that where you are asked personal info questions and required to scan in ID's and credit cards before receiving an electronic key. The process is loud and confusing in a noisy public room where there is no privacy. The machine does not work easily and the remote clerk was difficult to understand. I would never willingly submit to this process again.

There was a problem with our curtains not closing part of it was broken. We let the kiosk know and the phone did not work at all. Things were to be dealt with but no one ever came. We had a good time anyway.

Breakfast was lame, apple and granola bars. Rooms were dirty. Bedspread was dirty and stained. Curtains were literally shredded like by an animal. Check-in and check-out were done on a kiosk. No live person at the front desk.

Too expensive, the remote "internet" kiosk check-in was not good and bizarre, was not able to hear the person at the other end. Also a call to the front desk goes to someone remote!

The room was clean, nothing out of the ordinary to make it feel special. The location to the beach is the draw, it's very close. If hospitality is what you're after, this is not the place. We were greeted by an agent remotely, we frequently needed clarification and directions repeated. The "grab and go" breakfast was another slam to genuine hospitality: granola bars, muffins in plastic, and good old Red Delicious apples. Nothing personal or inspiring.

Very nice location with a beach view. Definitely will stay again in the future. My family and I liked that you could walk to the beach from the room, and also to the chart room to eat good seafood.

The hotel itself was nice. A little dated but the room was spacious and the bed was comfy. There was a beach access point right behind it which was nice. But the service was why this gets a mid review. We got our door knocked on at 9am to ask if we were leaving by 11. That was pretty frustrating actually because we had been on the road all the previous day, plus technically the checkout says by noon. And we had 2 hours before 11 still. So that's why this gets a middle of the road review
