"very close to ocean, the breakfast has decent selections. The price of the room is very reasonable. There is a sushi restaurant across the street from the hotel has very nice Japanese food."

"Door wouldn’t lock every time we shut it. Maintenance tried but still didn’t work. Rm 336. We had to use key to swipe and lock but that didn’t always work either. Oh well it was a great room w harbor view and great base to see the redwoods! Overall great experience. "

"Dirty walls, poor repair, very noisy with paper thin walls, fairly comfortable bed, pretty views. Hotel has definitely gone downhill. "

"Had a wonderful time at this motel. The staff was great. Anything you asked about they responded immediately and the front rooms were clean. Well put together the beach they access to the beach was wonderful too. It was the stairways was clean. It was shipped up. It was a wonderful time at this place. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful Mother’s Day weekend."

"The hotel looked terribly dated from the outside and in need of a paint job but the room was clean and comfortable. The woman at the front desk was super helpful and told us about things to do nearby."
