"A great location. Right on the ocean, comfortable bed. Clean room, but if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing hotel, this is not it. There is no carpet in this hotel. That means you hear everything. The people walking in the room above you, in the hall. Constant slamming doors. Dogs howling in rooms or barking. The worst part is the balconies. There are no partitions between them. You hear every word being said in the room next to you and there is no privacy. The property has a restaurant. We ate dinner there and it was terrible. My chicken was rubbery and dry. My fries were stale and undercooked, my husband ordered a bread bowl of chowder that was luke warm and my Dad ordered a shrimp cocktail dish that was $20 for 4 shrimp. The service was as bad as the food. Upon check out the desk was unmanned which caused our bill to be totally screwed up. Not a terrible place just meh. "

"Staff (Leslie) assisted us with fixing our reservation. She was friendly, courteous and took care of the issue immediately. The room was clean, quiet and all amenities were as expected. Would stay again"

"The trouble we had was with outlets. We needed one for a CPAP, and three for charging. We eventually found what we needed, but we had to move furniture to do so. Everything else was good or great. Beds were comfortable, the heater worked well and wasn't noisy, the lights all worked (though we had to unscrew the lightbulbs to keep the CPAP on) and the shower temp and flow were great. It was a good value. Not the fanciest place, but quite comfy."
