"Good clean rooms "

"I rented many homes and this was the biggest letdown I have ever had. The kitchen floor, which is huge was very sticky and tacky like fly paper. The big room which has so many pictures is completely useless. The room with the TV in it has a small couch and one chair comfortable for four. The only way to see the ocean was from the upstairs balcony. And that's not easy to get to because the spiral staircase is that the other end of the house and good luck trying to take a drink up there. The front yard patio would be nice if they had cut down the overgrown hedges. To see the ocean from the front patio, you have to stand up. to communicate you have to talk to people in the Philippines. That was a big obstacle. One time a lady had so many kids, screaming, and crying while we were trying to converse she could not understand me, and I could not understand her. There were dirty utensils in the utensil bowl. There were no drapes in the upstairs bedroom, which you have to go through one of the two bedrooms to get to that upstairs balcony. There are so many wonderful places to rent there. I picked the wrong one. Don't make the same mistake as me."

" Noisy kids & parents in the hallway at early in the morning along with maids at 8:30 vacuuming and cleaning rooms. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Coffee maker was Awesome with all the different options for coffee drinks . "

"While this place definitely isn't luxury, it is sufficient for the price. The breakfast is very basic. Toast and cereal is about it. Some of the utilities were worn; sink faucet, shower, etc. Staff is very polite and helpful. Check in was very easy, just had to sign a paper instead of doing a bunch of electronic crap like many other places. If you don't mind not having a perfect place to stay, this place is great for the price."

"Clean and spacious for our large family. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Things were easy to find. The walk to the beach was short and easy to find. My family gave it five stars all around. "

"Host was very communicative. Never had an issue contacting them. They offered very good suggestions for food. They have a nice set up of back up power with solar in case power goes out. So we never felt any disruption with our day there. Over all very good trip. "
