“Had a great stay at Sedona Real! Love this place and the renovated suite. Amazing staffs that are super helpful and friendly as well.”

“The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.”

“Laundry room was a bit far from some of the locations. Many hot tubs and pools were down. The hot tub closest to me with a nice view was locked. ”

“All around wonderful experience at the chateau. The room was spacious and clean. The patio with the red rock mountain view was wonderful. The complimentary breakfast with the daily specials being particularly delicious.”

“I was a bit disappointed that in a 3 star resort, in a deluxe cabin, there were no bedside lamps, only very dim ceiling lights. I called reception to ask for a lamp, they said they were going to see what they could do and never called me back. It costs $6 to do laundry (every other place I visoted it was either freeor a couple of dollars) And the staff was not very friendly, except for the lady who checked me in. Management should train their staff in basic social skills such as greeting……

“We stayed in a queen studio. Loved having a kitchenette for the extra space and comfort of having coffee & breakfast in. Everything was clean, property is beautiful and we enjoyed the jacuzzi’s and pool. Noticed a slight cigarette smell to the room each time we returned. Didn’t bother us enough to mention it during our stay but told staff when we left. Otherwise a great place to stay. Great location too! Very quiet and peaceful and central location to downtown or nearby hikes and……
