"We loved it so much we immediately booked extra nights. The setting is just perfection. So quiet and peaceful but close to Sedona and Cottonwood so plenty of great food and entertainment choices. The hosts are lovely and we will definitely be going back. A wonderful setting for our 30th Anniversary!"

"The place is really old and neat and they’ve done a great job keeping it looking classic. The rooms are very small so I personally wouldn’t stay for many nights but it was great for us for one night. "

"Great location, wonderful staff; we arrived hours before check in time, however, our room was ready and we could charge our EV without any problem.
Amazing views from our balcony.
Will stay there again if back in Sedona."
"Upon check in the gentleman who assisted us was professional and friendly. He gave us a detailed description of the property and also things close by. I would stay here again. "
"Older hotel but renovated and very clean. I like having the roku tv but usb ports for changing phones would be nice. Office closes at 10 pm but we ran 30 minutes behind and she was very understanding. We were in the ADA and it was extremely spacious. There was even a wide shower chair and the refrigerator was elevated for ease of use. It's a cute motel and for the cost, you can't beat it. "
"The bed and sheet is very comfortable and AC works very well. Also has almost everything we need so would definitely come back if visit Sedona next time. "
"Great stay for a weekend getaway, driving to planned activities in Sedona was quick and easy. My friend and I even did some stargazing in the parking lot. Our stay was overall great, would like to stay again in the future."
"We chose this resort for the kitchenette. It came fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, a kettle, a coffee maker, a stovetop, a dishwasher, and fridge. This was perfect for our needs. The property is really beautiful and the amenities are great.
The only thing that caught me a little off guard was upon checkin, they charged me a per-day resort fee. I didn't remember seeing a resort fee stated on the booking through hotels.com "
"Beautiful private cottage was excellent for quick getaway! Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to prep and cook simples meals. Only drawback was a small trail of ants. Despite that, we will be definitely return for future visits! "
"I love the location of the Hyatt. The pool in my opinion is the best feature with spectacular views. My only comment would be that there should be more umbrellas available at the pool. On a very hot sunny day nobody wants to sit in the blazing sun and not all of the chairs have shade availability. The beds are super comfortable, and the unit is very well equipped. "
"This hotel is comfortable, charming, and convenient. WE feel very much at home here when we stay in Cottonwood. This is our go-to place -- we would only stay at another hotel if they didn't have any rooms available. My only warning is that you should let them know if you need a room on the bottom floor. The top-flor rooms can only be reached by stairs."

"Check in was great! Fabulous person who checked us in answered all our questions and provided a map with all the top destinations. Room was clean and neat. Bed was a bit soft but that’s just a personal preference. Great shower amenities. The location was perfect!"
"Older property maintained well!! Beds very comfortable. Owners present and very approachable! Would definitely stay again. Would recommend to others!!!"
"Absolutely a beautiful peaceful place to visit. Brissa made our stay fantastic. Incredibly helpful and accommodating. Place was so quiet at night. Each morning we were able to go over to the clubhouse and have a delicious homemade omelette, French toast, cookies, fresh fruit. The entire staff was so friendly they made our anniversary trip very special."
