Comfortable and good location
We enjoyed staying at this property for 3 nights. It was comfortable and a great location close to downtown. The property needed attention during our stay however, with toilet problems that took a few hours to fix, and a gas stove that was never fixed while we were there. In addition, one of the showers had mold on the shower curtain. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but it seemed like our problems could have been prevented with more extensive maintenance between renters.

A good house for our 2 family vacation
This house is an easy walk to town, and we never had trouble with parking next to it with two larger vehicles. It has plenty of room for two families to stay, and we cooked dinner there most nights. The kitchen was great! It’s also close to two great parks for kids to play at.

Comfortable and convenient
We stayed for a skiing vacation. The property is a short walk from the grocery store and the shuttle bus for transport to the mountain resort. Everything worked and the property was well-maintained and clean. We had a great time.

Excellent house
Great property with a nice third floor master. Master shower doubles as a small sauna. On the edge of downtown so everything there is walkable and definitely bikeable. Garage was door was broken at time of stay and ATV was in one bay, so inside parking for only one car when fixed. Back side of the duplex so limited outdoor area.

Crested Butte Ultra and fall folliage
My family had a wonderful long weekend at this property. It was right across from the start of my Ultra running race which was a bonus. We were able to walk to all the parks with the kids and downtown restaurants. The fall colors were amazing while we were there. The home was perfect for our needs. Great location, clean and well equipped.

Crested Butte Getaway
This 3 bedroom house met the needs of my family. The well equipped kitchen, dining, living room, and deck are all on the second level. Very comfortable area. Two bedrooms on the first level and the master with king bed is on the third. Right next to the park where we enjoyed an outdoor summer concert. Short walk to Elk Avenue.

Wonderful time in Crested Butte!
We LOVED this house! There were so many places to sleep and the home had so much charm-everything from the antique(ish) stove in the beautiful kitchen to the master sauna/shower in the adorable third floor master. Even the owners matching towels/floor mats/tea kettle were precious. The house is in a perfect location-walk to the market and Main Street w restaurants and only a few minute drive up the hill to the slopes. We had a wonderful visit. We’ll def be back!

Spring break from Denver
Loved this property! So cute and cozy and perfect location. Highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again. One thing that looks would be nice would be to pave the walkway from the street to the door. Our car with the Thule wouldn’t fit in the garage so we parked on the street. Since it’s spring, the snow was melting and the weather was amazing. But, our shoes got covered in mud every time we left. Therefore, the foyer got muddy. Not a big deal though—just felt bad for the cleaners. Awesome stay and great time has by all!

Lovely Time at Red Poppy!
The property was as described and fully equipped for our family at Christmas time. The short walk to the mountain shuttle was so convenient and we enjoyed being within 10 minutes of all of the restaurants. We would absolutely stay there again and had a cozy, snowboarding holiday!

Love this place and will rent here again!
The aspen leaves right outside the living room window gives the feel of being in a tree house. We were cooking all of our meals because of the pandemic and the kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the balcony table and outdoor grill for meals. The house is well appointed and has a very nice feel to it. We will definitely rent here when we return to Crested Butte!

Great space and location
Met up with my son and family who live in CB and other son and fiancé from NYC to spend 5 days together. The space is very conducive to cooking, eating, gathering. It’s also Very walkable to Playground, grocery and Elk Ave where all the bars and restaurants are. I would definitely rent again

Great Find
I rented this space for a ski weekend in February. The space is large & has more than enough room for a large group of people! Would definitely stay here again! My group did have confusion when finding the space as the front side of the house is inhabited by locals. Just know you must go to the back side of the house for the entrance.

Great location and house!
We have stayed in a lot of houses in CB and this is now our favorite - we will plan to rent it again if we can! We especially appreciated the paper products and soap, garage space for bikes and strollers and the cruisers that we could borrow. Beds were comfortable, lots of space for everyone and it was great to be so close to town and playgrounds. Thank you!!

Nice location, cute house but could use a few updates
The best thing about the house was the fantastic location near the Elk Ave, grocery store, and park. The house had many upgrades (steam shower in the master, updated kitchen, large tub) which were nice. Sound carried through the house which can't really be helped but something to know if you stay here. I think this house could be fantastic with a little time spent on maintenance and upkeep. For example, it was great that pots and pans were provided in the gourmet kitchen; however they were all extremely scratched up. I was concerned that the non-stick coating would end up in our food. Replacing those would go a long way. The coffee maker leaked everywhere and was not usable. The wolf oven was really nice, except for the oven door seemed like it was going to fall off every time I opened it up. The outdoor grill provided was being balanced on a rock for one of the legs. We only used it once after seeing that. Being in the mountains, we opened up the windows to cool down the house. One of the windows in the master would not close once opened. Also the handle that attached to the window came off. We were able to attach it but it came off again. I left a message for the property manager (regarding the master window and the oven) with no response but then again, I did not say it was urgent. Also misleading in the description was that there is a 2 car garage available. It did have a 2 car garage but 1 garage was filled with the owners' stuff so we were only able to use half of the garage after moving some things around. With these updates, I think the overall house would be much better. I would stay again if these changes were made.

We were aware of the scratched non-stick pans, the outdoor grill and master bedroom window needing attention, in fact those items have already been replaced or are in the process of being repaired. We were however unaware of the broken coffee pot, so thanks for the heads up. We always strive to have our guests be as happy and comfortable as possible so, if you stay with us again please don't hesitate to reach out to us 24/7 if there is anything we can do to make your stay more pleasant. Beautiful home. Close to everything!
My husband, son and I stayed here with my brother and his family. It was perfect - they stayed in the first floor, the second floor had a living room and custom kitchen, and we stayed on the third floor with master suite. The best thing about the house was the location, we could walk or bike to all the restaurants and shops in town. Perfect summer family vacation!

Nice home - a bit on the loud side for CB
We are a family of 5 / three teenagers whom all had their own beds that were comfortable. Kitchen is a bit small but adequate. Many burned out lights which made things more difficult as some where in the kitchen over the stove. they also had no hot pads, no colander, and only 2 dish cloths. Like I said home Is nice - its on loud corner for CB - maybe not for most peoples home town. the location is convenient for getting into town either by bike or walking. I would stay again with some conversations about those things listed above

Family Fun
The house was perfectly located as we could walk to Elk Street, the location for most shops and restaurants. The 4th of July parade, the shuttle to Crested Butte Mtn, the jeep tour and rafting were some of the highlights of our trip.

We stayed at the red poppy with 4 adults, 2 kids. Kitchen is big enough to cook all meals for 6. Plenty of bathroom space for the bunch and nice heated garage for cars and gear.

Very nice spacious home in convenient location
Convenient and quiet location. Nice layout. Steam shower is awesome. Heated garage is great - although we hardly used the car. Easy 10 minute walk to town. Very comfortable. Beds were good with the exception of lower bunk mattress. Master bedroom ceiling is low, so you have to be careful not to hit your head.

Wonderful house in a great location!
Stayed for the Christmas weekend..had never stayed on the East side of town, but the location of this house is wonderful..close to grocery store, bus stop, movies, and quick walk to Elk Ave for shopping, and eating out. The lay out of the house is fantastic for those with older kids..three floors to allow privacy. Living area comfy with everything needed in kitchen if you choose to stay home and cook. Would love to stay in this house in the summer to enjoy the bikes that were in garage and explore this magical town!
