HI Jessica, I find your review unfair and quite unkind. You weren't very pleasant to deal with and after receiving 3 emails from our company kindly asking you to not check in early you still checked in early. You didn't call, you didn't email, you simply checked into a condo that hadn't been finished being stocked and cleaned and then you set about complaining. The weekend of your checkin was Spring Break and we had a pretty major snowstorm happening in the region. We mentioned in the final email that we were trying to get folks in properties as soon as we could but to please allow our group to do the work they needed to. So Im sure receiving my call about this put you into a tailspin. The carpets and rugs are due for replacement and the rugs are currently on order. Carpets are being replaced this off-season. I don't find the furnishings tired but I will alert the owners that couch pillows and towels are on the list for replacement. This is truly a lovely unit and I'd agree its ready for a light refresh (again happening this spring) I in no way agree with most of what you stated. Your group was in general discouraging with your entitlement. We don't discourage our owners from putting up their personal photos as we like to remind our guests that they are staying in a family property that is well loved by them. Our owners embrace the opportunity to share their property with you.

This review is spiteful to say the least. When this guest booked there were many red flags that went up immediately. She requested that we have the carpets professionally cleaned the day she arrived which was during our busy holiday time. We were able to oblige about a week prior to her stay. She also mentioned that some of her guests were highly allergic and she wanted to be sure the condo was up to par so that their vacation wasn't ruined. Guests like this give us pause simply b/c they are probably people that shouldn't rent others homes. Nothing we or the owners can do will be enough to make them happy. I think the biggest issue I have with her review is that she never once mentioned anything during her stay. IF you don't mention that something is wrong or not up to par, we simply cannot do anything but respond to the review. Our company goes out of our way to make sure the properties left in our care are clean and comfortable. Like all of you we rent vacation homes too and the one thing that stops me at the door when first walking in to a property is the cleanliness. We had just done a deeper clean in the condo, there was no layer of dust on anything and if there was in fact body hair in any bathroom I have to presume it belonged to them. Why wouldn't you call if it wasn't satisfactory? I'd suggest to anyone reading this review would be to read the other glowing reviews about the property. We pride ourselves on giving you a clean space. Its simply what we do.

Thank you kindly for writing a review. We appreciate the time it takes. I apologize for any issues you had in the unit. You never mentioned issues with the screen door, tv's or ice maker and so we couldn't help you. We are here to assist when needed! The television situation has changed as Spectrum the main provider for most of the condos in Mt. CB moved to digital equipment and with that they created a bit of havoc. You had 3 working tvs and we are still awaiting 3 more cable boxes to complete the unit. We did leave instructions in the binder on how those worked and I apologize that you had issue. The ice machine should have provided adequate ice unless everyone went to the ice machine at the same time. It is a standard fridge/freezer and when you do have groups of 10 in there the ice machine can't quite keep up. The screen doors while not the beefiest work well but sound like they could use a bit of oil. In regard to the carpet. They are stained and we did just have them cleaned. The carpet while soft and comfortable has not worn well with the traffic in the condo. Its one of the reasons we have a shoes off policy that isn't always followed. We are in contact with the owner to replace it as you are correct, it doesn't look spectacular. The condo is a great place to call home while you are in Crested Butte and I appreciate your thoughts.
