Great hotel, bad breakfast.
Everything was great except the breakfast. A simple eggs and bacon would have been nice. The premade "omelet" was dry, tasteless and ugly. Also, the orange juice was brown.

Staff was very attentive. Had fun voting on pumpkins that had been made. Great Mexican restaurant nearby. Beds weee comfortable and they had dove products for use in the shower: shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I loved I did not have to get those items out of my bag.

The Front Desk clerk was nice and friendly and tried to get us in quickly. Unfortunately, there were at least 3 housekeeping ladies not doing their job. One had her kid there, and all 3 kept smoking outside for at least 20 minutes at a time, while we waited for a room to be ready. There was 1 housekeeping lady older probably late 50s that was working and was very nice.

I was asked if I wanted housekeeping the next day & responded yes. All they did was pull the trash & replenish towels/washcloths. No bed making or coffee/tea replacement.

Fine hotel stay
Hotel was quiet and able to accommodate our handicap needs that we requested at booking. But while checking-in, Amanda was not friendly and was unable to accommodate an early check-in or contacting us when the room was ready. Which would've been fine had it been communicated in a more friendly manner. We ended up having to leave and come back later.

It was nice that they had coffee and cookies available all day. The breakfast was above average. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. My only issue was the Keurig coffee machine did not work so had to go downstairs in my jammies to get coffee.

We had an amazing smooth cheek in. Very Friendly and very well informed. And later in the evening I had to go to the front desk and see if they had anything for a cough. I had purchased some Alka-Seltzer plus, but wasn’t sure if my Down syndrome son would take it. And the Young Lady at the front desk informed me she was getting off in 20 minutes and would go to Walgreens and pick me something up if I needed her to. What an Amazing Young Lady with an Awesome Blessed Soul. She was willing to go above and beyond her duties/job. My Son and I have stayed here before. But this service totally touched my Heart. Not many people who would be willing to be so kind

We went for a visit and have always stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. Always friendly, clean, coffee and cookies. Nice little breakfast in the morning.

I liked the convenience of the hotel to the expressway. Very nice staff Parking was bad and the lobby wasn't the cleanest
