"Awesome Location for the Nashville Party People"
we booked this hotel with a package through Expedia mainly because of the close location to Broadway street. We went to basically party all week so this hotel was great as it was close to all the action. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean (so were our rooms) and it had a nice bar as well. Our only negative experience was they charged us for an additional night when we checked out (it was 4:00am and we were quite "tired" so I did not address this then as I thought it was just a receipt) but after a few phone calls when we got home it was taken care of and credited back. Overall, when come to Nashville again this will be the place we stay at.

"Convenient to downtown, Opryland, and the airport"
The room was comfortable and the stay included buffet breakfast and a modest happy hour style dinner. Tour groups come and go so don't wait until the last minute to eat. The elevator was old and slow so we didn't use it much. No ATM in the lobby but the DoubleTree across the street had one - you'll need cash for the downtown shuttle which runs hourly in the evening. Bed was comfortable and the internet, though insecure, is free and fast enough for Netflix (bring an HDMI cable if you want to hook your laptop to the TV). Bathroom was nice and the tub/shower was big with plenty of hot water.

We own a timeshare and wasn't able to stay there at the time. I've always wanted to stay at this hotel and so glad that I did. The outside area is beautiful. It is right on the river. You can feed the ducks and geese. They have several grills that you can grill on with a big pole barn and picnic table for several. Landscape is beautiful and peaceful. Love the sidewalk beside the river. The breaKfast was great with eggs, sausage, pancakes, toast, yogurt, coffee, juice and more. The pool was nice and lots of chairs to sit in. The staff was great also. When I first got there my reservation wasn't showing up. The manager Ms. Kirt was able to fix the problem quickly due to Expedia not sending my reservation to hotel. There was a problem with the transfer, that is was Expedia said. Was so happy that things worked out. Thanks to the helpful front desk manager she saved our vacation. You ask if I would stay here again. ABSOLUTELY.
