"When we arrived the lady was Not very friendly. Usually when you arrive at the front desk. You are greeted and welcomed. It was a decent price. Great location. I wish they had a gym"

"The Chart House Hotel is in a perfect location adjacent to the Marina and across the street from Pier 60. It is near many restaurants. The room was spotless and nicely decorated. The pool area was great. The Happy Hour at the bar area was great. The staff were very friendly. Overall, it was a great choice for us."

"Breakfast was good. Airport shuttle a plus..location good..older hotel in need of work. Rooms are dated and overall ok for a one nite stay. Floors could be cleaner. Close to Ports also for pre and post cruise stay. "

"Door latch was broken. Cigarette buds on the balcony. Told staff about the latch, said it would be fixed but was never fixed. The room did not properly lock. "
