“Self parking was very far away and inconvenient. For a property of this calibre, I expected better. No shuttle was offered to and from this parking area. The room had a very musty smell at all times. I heard that the restaurant is great so I will return for that but probably will stay elsewhere in the area if given the choice.”

“The hotel is very pretty and location is excellent. However, the staff is very helpful but grossly understaffed. I got no room cleaning or restocking for five days. Guests had to get new towels from the front desk. no one checked for toilet pare and soap supplies. There was frequently no one at the front desk because they were doing other jobs. This hotel could be great if the current staff was given sufficient help.”
