“Every time I went to the desk, the girl was sitting in one of the massage chairs…she had an excuse for everything…the absolute worst part of the stay was NO ELEVATOR which the girl also had an excuse for…the hurricane and not being able to get parts…how long ago was the hurricane????… also, I asked for a room on the bottom floor and once again the excuse was “there were no bottom floor housekeepers for the day so no rooms were being cleaned”…”

“The outside looks scarier than the inside. The rooms are nice, clean and smell good. The outside had me worried the room was going to be awful but it’s not. The staff were really friendly, even after arriving super late because of our flight.”

“When I checked, then I asked if there was a restaurant and they said yes I said how late is it open? They said till nine it’s right around the corner. I couldn’t find a menu anywhere so I went to the front desk.
