“Julie is a great host. This is my third year of coming here with my two brothers. We spend the week fishing, bouncing between Hemlock and Red Cedar Lake. Although a small/cozy cabin, it works for my brothers and I. We hope to continue meeting up there for our annual fishing trip!”

“Great location and decor in the cottage. Very quiet and relaxing surroundings. The water was great and the hot tub was wonderful at the end of each day. Allowed to bring our dogs as well. The kitchen had the latest in digital and wi-fi enabled appliances.”

The window view of the lake is stunning as is the lake itself. We enjoyed kayaking and swimming off the dock at this quiet retreat. We would definitely rent this cabin again! ”

Great deck areas to relax in or out of the sun. Beach and bath towels provided were all great-seemed new. So many games, books, and movies to pick from. Traeger smoker/grill was a nice bonus. Long Lake was nice-cabin is on the "no wake" end so was quieter and worked out perfect! We mainly went to fish, float and kayak. There were……

“I am a local in the area and rented the cabin for family to stay for a long weekend to attend our daughter's graduation party. Our stay was great. The owners have done a wonderful job keeping the charm of a vintage Balsam Lake cabin. I was a little concerned at first when pulling into the secluded roadway, because there are a few poorly conditioned homes before arriving to the rental cabin. Rest assued, once at the cabin, the beauty of the lake and charm of the cabin more than makes up for it.……
