"This was our third time staying here. The rooms are clean, the property is quiet, and the view is tranquil. The only way they could be better is getting more partnerships with local businesses and advertising them to guests before their stay (e.g. an email digest) to help guide those who book early."
"Needed a last minute place to stay and this was PERFECT!! Reasonably priced and the owner is lovely. The rooms have everything you need and there’s a bar on the property where you can play pool and have an after-dinner drink. Highly recommend!"

"Loved working with Ed. He and Laura are so nice and hospitable the entire way thru. Thank you for allowing us into your home. The local police were super nice, and the neighbors (may be visitors) were also so friendly.Fishing spots were fun on the beach and near Shinnecock Bay. If you dont catch anything, go to Mastic Seafood for fresh seafood!Overall, an amazing time!"

"what a lovely getaway in center moriches. we stayed here for the weekend with a few friends and had the best time. with all the amenities on property, we barely wanted to leave to explore the area which is why we came! lol. the inside of the house was clean, beautiful and felt just like home. very spacious and decorated beautifully. and for it being a guest house, it was still very private which was nice. the outside of the house was also amazing with water views & entertainment like basketball, golf & bikes. the hosts have really created a great space for quality time. plus, sharing the property with them was so easy as they were so friendly and welcoming. we would absolutely stay here again!! "

"The property was absolutely fabulous with every amenity you could hope for. The location on the beach was truly beautiful with many vantage points to enjoy the view. The host responded quickly and their attention to detail was excellent! The kitchen was really well equipped and the coffee machine and pods were very much enjoyed!! Having the pool as well for the grandchildren was a big plus. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us! It was a wonderful holiday!"
