“My husband and I, along with our Golden, were on LI for three weeks. We spent our last seven days in this super clean updated apartment. It had everything we needed. The fenced yard was an extra perk, although we didn't get to truly utilize it due to weather and other activities. It's as inviting as the photos though. The dog, however, spent some time out there and loved it. We stayed in the bedroom right off the living room and it was comfy. Anderson is a terrific host. He's helpful and easy……

“The property was very quiet and ideally located as advertise. Be advised that there are steep stairs to carry your suitcases. The placement of air conditioners could be improved. And the cleanliness of the pillows, and comfort of the mattresses could be greatly improved. It was a nice surprise to have an Nespresso machine and capsules. And it worked out just fine for our one night stay during a family wedding at the Sayville resort.”

“Upon arrival, there was a notice of non payment of almost 4000 from the electric company on the door so I was concerned I would lose electric. The grounds seemedover grown and unkept. There was no TV, no hot water in the kitchen with a brokenhot water knob which would have needed a wrench. Although it had in room air conditioners vented outside, they were taped in place with open air coming inside. One of the open areas actually had live tree vines coming inside which I pulled out. “I was up on LI visiting family and friends. I’d never spent any time in Kings Park or that general area before so I decided to give this place a try. Everything in the apartment was new and clean. The owners live in the main part of the house but the apartment had its own private entrance and I wasn’t disturbed in any way. It’s less than 10 minutes from Sunken Meadow State Park which has a beach on the Long Island Sound and a 3/4 mile long boardwalk. If you’re traveling alone or as a couple I……

“This basement apartment, located in a quiet neighborhood, was ideal for a week's stay visiting family. It was comfortable and cozy, and the hosts, who live upstairs, were warm and welcoming. The house was spotlessly clean, very tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed during our visit. We would definitely consider staying again.”
