“The floors were dirty. It appeared nobody had swept or vacuumed the floors as we could see some dirty on the floor. Light bulbs were out. Marks on the walls that could have easily been cleaned off. Refrigerator was broken but serviceable. Tubs for the shower were a little sketchy. We couldn’t find any instructions on how to use some items. ”

“Arrived at the unit and was immediately greeted by 4 homeless adults that were living on the porch "to enjoy the AC leaking out from under the door" they have set home a home with mattresses on the sidewalk out front, and were actively using drugs in front of my family. Hosteeva told me just use the back door. LOL. Currently fighting the charge with Amex, zince Hosteeva wont refund my money.”

“The home offered beautiful views of the city, day and night. The location was great! It was only 1 block from St. Charles Street and another for the streetcar pick up. It was 2 or 3 blocks from The Pontchartrain Hotel which had a rooftop bar which gave an even more expansive view of the city. We walked many places, including the garden district, WWII Museum, the French Quarter and also delicious restaurants.
