We enjoyed the pool and slides. However the slide area and lazy river need to be vacuumed! At the bottom of the slide was lots of debris to the point where one of our kids cut their foot on a bottle top. The majority of staff were super helpful and friendly. Our room, bathroom specifically, wasn’t the cleanest on arrival there was still hair in the shower and on the floor as well as stickers from a previous guest on the walls. We also had issues with our sink draining. Since we had a family suite we had bunkbeds, they were poorly made and rickety. Some of the supports of the upper bunk were not in the slots they belonged in. It made me very uncomfortable for any of the kids to sleep on the lower bunk bed with someone also on the top.

Overall, I was impressed with the room itself. It was very spacious. It came with a kitchen, which was necessary for me because I was traveling with my grandchildren. The checkout time is earlier than other places it was for 10 AM and I didn’t realize that until I was getting ready to leave. It was my birthday weekend and I was traveling with my grandchildren which makes navigating a little different the cost for a late check out is 150 and I decided to go ahead and do a late checkout because of the gravity of the situation when I pay the money, everything is virtual, you don’t talk to anyone face to face which I really did not like when you enter into the hotel there’s no one there to greet you. Everything is virtual. Some people may like it because they don’t have to deal with anyone, but I do like to be able to interact with other others after I paid the money. A person from the staff came in and yelled at us and said that we were supposed to be out. She further noted that she would be back in 10 minutes and we needed to be gone as I tried to call out to her she stormed out of the room and did not respond to anyone of us that was talking to her to let her know that we have paid the money when I spoke with someone they told me that they will call me back on Monday and which I never received the call and that they would’ve went in charge not once did they try to compensate me for being interrupted and late for my reservations that I had I would not go back because of that.

Everything was top notch. We had a great experience.

I enjoyed my stay; however, I found the hallway & room carpet was dirty and definitely in need of cleaning. It caused my room to have a rank odor in which I combated by purchasing carpet freshener. In checking in the I was not advised of the Wi-Fi password and was not informed of tickets for complimentary drinks at the bar.
