Terrible experience stay at this hotel. I got up to use the bathroom and walking back to the bed I noticed a cockroach crawling up the wall. I immediately woke my boyfriend up, he said "where is it" I said it went behind the picture! He moved it and there it was!!! He killed it. I have stayed in many hotels over my years of traveling and NEVER have I had this happen, I will inspect my personal things very thoroughly before entering my home. I spent 45 minutes getting phantom charges taken off my bill. The hotel had a loud, party atmosphere from 1pm-midnight. I do not recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay at The eleanor! The unit was so clean, very spacious, and comfortable. I loved the charcuterie board they had for us in the refrigerator. Such a nice touch! The location is perfect, about a 10 minute walk from anywhere we wanted to go. I would definitely stay there again!
