7.4/10 Good! (3 reviews)
I stay at this property last year when it was under a different owner and absolutely loved it. Fast forward to this year, I was thoroughly surprised to know that it had re-opened! We instantly settled on staying there. The property was easy to find and perfectly situated just a few blocks from Bourbon Street. Very easy to access, clean, spacious, comfortable and most of all we felt safe. The pool is such an added bonus! It's situated on the rooftop and made for a nice afternoon wind down. The owner was always accessible and offered wonderful recommendations. We were locked out in the middle of the night and had to call the customer service line and they had us back inside within second. The coffee shop/bar downstairs is such a fun surprise! Would definitely stay again.

There were many items needing maintenance on the property. The blinds in the living room did not work and it took 3 calls to have a service person come out. There were pocket doors in the master suite and not 1 but 2 times I was locked inside my room where there was no phone on the room to call front desk.

"I have stayed here about 8 times now since 2014. It’s a beautiful hotel, with a beautiful lobby and pool area.. that said, it is a shame it feels like it’s been let to fade.. I paid for an extra upgrade upon arrival. That room had a broken closet, a barely working AC, a bathroom door that didn’t ..."
