The second room was excellent, Jennifer was excellent she assisted us in changing our room as the first room had a bright light shining through the glass of the door straight on the bed all night, told the morning staff and was told they couldn’t do anything about the lights but later when Jennifer came in she asked me and I explained the situation she changed our room. My plan was for a couple of days resting by the pool which was not available they had a sister building they sent me to but to me that was an inconvenience. The most bittersweet for me was the parking, it’s available but cost just as much as the room plus tax. I was unaware of that fee, check everything before going especially if you’re on a tight budget. But the Chateau is nice and very clean.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (1,604 reviews)
Our stay at the Virgin Hotel New Orleans could have been much better experience if it was not a struggle to get house keeping service since I already paid in full for our stay. The room service was expensive, hotel has a small pool, much needed maintenance with keeping the drapes and furniture clean for paying guests, no paper towels available for paying guests and no liquid hand soap. Shame on you for the hidden daily $30 amenities fees. We plan to stay at another hotel for our next vacation in New Orleans.
