"Host was proactive in her communication and check in and out were easy. Plenty of lighting and the space was well appointed with all the amenities one would need. Bed was comfortable. There was a comprehensive list of local eateries and things to do nearby. Its a little far for me from public transportation (street car line and bus lines) but uber and lifts are readily available. Would stay here again! "

"Pro: comfortable beds. Nice courtyard. Streetcar stops in front of Maison St. Charles. Cons: bathroom wasn't cleaned even after we asked for it to be cleaned. Toothpaste gunk and other icky stuff left in sink from previous guest. Before the stay, I called Maison Charles twice to ask about "tub only" for bath. They didn't know if it was a shower or bath or if it had a shower head. The shower ended up being fine. It was too far from French Quarter. We ended up taking ride shares like Lyft, which added to the cost of the trip."
