Extraordinary staff
The daytime front desk clerk, Thong Le, made my stay special. She went beyond the usual helpfulness with an unfailing cheerfulness. While the hotel has other pluses--a great location near the central market--she is reason to stay there. While there is no breakfast, there is a bustling bakery very nearby with a great selection.

Nice Stay in Dalat!
Very good and quite calm after the noise of Ho Chi Minh and Na Trang (which we loved nevertheless). A very interesting place and friendly people. The night market was nice and surrounded by big, beautiful hotels.WE found a lovely restaurant and had a lovely hotpot (a fondue) and there was a Vietnames birthday party on the next table.What a great atmosphere!

Very nice Hotel
My stay here was very nice. The Hotel was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and Ms. Ann was very helpful and kind. My only complaint is that there was not an electrical outlet for the provided refrigerator.

Good location, not so good room conditions
The hotel front and lobby looked nice but the room felt “wet” and moldy. We asked to changed rooms and they were accomdating; this room was less moldy. The new room had what appeared to be a bed bug. Yuck !

Brand new hotel. Good location. Just a few steps away down from the famous bakery, and a few minutes walk to the night market and the lake. Nice rooms. Helpful staff.

Exceptional Hotel
Great Location withing a few hundred meters of City Center, Night Market and many restaurants and cafes English speaking staff was courteous and professional. Stayed on top floor in back of property #605, very quiet after about 10 pm when the activity from restaurants and bars quiet down. Would definitely stay here again.

넓고 쾌적합니다
한국인 사장님이 운영한다고 해서 3일 예악했고 가성비 좋고 넓고 쾌적해요..직원분들도 모두 친절해요..야시장과도 근접해 있어 두루두루 걸어다닐수 있고 의외로 소음도 없어 조용했습니다. 특히 저희는 이번 일행중 한명이 여행중 화상벌레에 물렸는데 사장님께서 한국말 가능한 직원분을 동행시켜 병원갈 수 있게 해주셨습니다. 덕분에 남은일정 즐겁고 편안한 시간을 보내고 왔습니다.감사합니다

달랏 숙소는 이곳으로!
6인 가족 방 3개 예약 했습니다. 위치는 말할것도 없이 좋고 청결 상태도 좋았습니다. 방3개의 구도가 조금씩 다른데 도로쪽 방은 작은 베란다가 있어 문을 열어 환기 하기에 좋지만 소음과 매연 냄새가 많이 들어 옵니다. 엘리베이터 옆 방은 부모님께서 이용하셨는데 소음이 있다고 하셨습니다. 그리고 계단옆 안쪽방은 무난 했습니다. 카톡을 이용해 투어 예약과 공항가는 리무진도 편하게 예약 했고 카톡 답장이 빠르게 보내 주셔서 좋았습니다.

리셉션 직원이 매우 친절하고 한국어 어느정도 할줄 압니다. 전기장판 대여해서 따듯하게 잤습니다. 방 습도가 너무 높아서 제습기를 계속 돌렸어요. 방 크기가 꽤 큰편이고 침대나 세면대 높이가 높아요. 따뜻한 물 잘 나옵니다.

호텔에 가서 만족하기 드문데, 여기는 대만족이에요
사장님이 한국분이라서 상황을 잘 배려해 주시고, 직원 분들이 굉장히 친절하세요. 한국어 할 줄 아시는 직원분이 있어서 필요한 부분 있을 때, 너무 잘 도와주세요. 조금 더 편안하게 준비할 수 있게 체크아웃 시간도 넉넉해요. 짐도 맡아주셔서 투어 다닐 때도 좋았어요.

좋은 위치의 호텔
누님과 함께한 달랏 여행중 예약한 호텔이며 엘베가 조금늦은것 외 그다지 불편함을 느끼지 못하였습니다 한국인 사장님 벳남 매니저 분들 다들 친절 하였습니다 샤워시설도 좋고 무엇보다도 달랏 시장이 도보로 5분도 않되는 거리라 야시장 구경도 좋고 근처 빅씨마트도 운동삼아 갈 거리 정도로 위치 편리합니다

하나 달랏 호텔 사장님과 직원분 모두 최고이십니다 드나들때마다 인사해주시고 체크아웃 할때도 밖에 나와서 짐도 같이 차에 실어주시고 사장님이 한국분이라 많은 정보와 도움을 많이 받았고 발코니뷰가 있는 방에 묵었는데 뷰가 정말 무척 아름답습니다 그리고 청소 상태도 정말 깨끗합니다

호텔 너무 좋아요. 서비스 최고
오전 7시에 호텔에 도착하였으나, early check in 무료로 해주시고, 잘때 추울까봐 전기 장판까지 챙겨주는 세심한 배려, 서비스가 너무 좋았네요. 특히 호텔이 너무 깨끗하고 청결해서 좋았습니다. 다음에 달랏에 오면 다시 묵을 계획입니다.

Location is good,it's near night market so there are a lot of cafe and restaurant around the hotel. Hotel staffs have very helpful and the room is good but the mattress is too soft.

좋았습니다.
호텔도 깨끗하고 직워분들도 친절합니다. 다만 한국어가 가능한 직원이 호텔 카운터에 상주하지는 않습니다. 영어나 베트남어를 잘 못하신다면 한국어로 하나호텔 카톡으로 사장님께 문의 하면 빠르고 친절하게 답을 주십니다. 그리고 창문없는 방에서 묵었는데 습한 냄새가 조금 많이 납니다. 벌레도 없었어요! 위치는 정말 좋아요! 걸어서 10분 정도이내에 맛집 같은 곳이 다 있습니다. 야시장가는 길도 가깝고 밝아서 밤에 혼자 나가도 위험하지 않습니다. 그리고 에어컨이 없는데 달랏을 8월 여름에 갔는데도 춥더라고요. 많이 추워요. 호텔안에는 이불이 두꺼워서 덮고있으면 아주 따뜻합니다.

방이 상단이 깨끗하고 넓으며 샤워시설의 물도 잘나옴, 아침식사는 제공되지 않지만 주변에 먹을만한곳이 많고 주인이 상당히 침절합니다.
