"Comfortable bed!"

"Hot tub was cold and not working. Pool was a great temp though. Water pressure was ok in shower. Kids loved the Texas shaped waffle and the waffle bar toppings. Friendly, clean and you can’t really hear the trains "

"Updated hotel with clean interior except for the numerous hairs inside the shower curtain. Lots of trash outside and the trash receptacles overflowing. Quiet inside the room , pool area and workout room were nice. Good breakfast but no fresh fruit. Overall goid experience. "

"We had a very pleasant stay. The room was very clean. King bed lots of pillows firm mattress. Very quiet and the room was darker than any I've stayed in that's a+. Amenities where great. Better than alot of the more expensive places we have stayed at. "

"Gabriel, from the front desk, explicitly violated the ADA in regard to service animals, harassing me outside my room in front of other guests, telling me my disability isn’t even real and accusing me of lying. Gabriel said that psychiatric disabilities are just “emotional”, that service dogs can only go in certain rooms, and that they should be disclosed at check-in. I tried explaining that ALL of this violates the ADA, but he said he’s comfortable being sued or fired over it. Gabriel’s unprofessionalism and lack of education made my stay a bit unpleasant. I was in my room on a work call, and during that time, he called my room twice, messaged me (which I responded to), and then showed up knocking and yelling at my door until I answered. Totally unacceptable behavior. During check-in, he was also talking on the phone to his mom about eating corn dogs after work, which I simply noted as odd at the time, but in hindsight, it’s just more evidence of his severe lack of professionalism. "
