Great hotel for those looking to experience one of the older grand hotels of old. Top staff, clean, friendly and elegant in an old west way. Didn’t try the restaurant, but Rodeo Bar food is surprisingly good.
I’m in love with this hotel !
The entire staff was warm, welcoming and the interior is elegant and beautiful. The dark wood paneled walls and bar with large overstuffed furniture makes for a
comfortable gathering place
The large outdoor pool area includes
lounge chairs, towels, cabanas and full service food and drinks. The staff is top notch and very friendly
The coffee shop, inside the hotel,
was our daily go to for our coffee’s
fruit and croissants The staff is fast and friendly
Thank you to the staff that kept our room clean and tidy and thank you to Dan at the front desk for telling me about the history of this very special hotel
We hope to see you again next year

This hotel is amazing. The staff is so kind and helpful. The smell of fresh flowers is so nice when you walk into the lobby. There are green plants everywhere as well. The room was so clean and also smelled wonderful. Excellent stay!
The hotel was beautiful. Room was in great condition. Beautiful and comfortable lobby. That being said, the Valet parking experience was a complete disaster. We waited 40 minutes to get our car this past Sunday morning.
Eric at the front desk set us up with a fabulous room for our 38th anniversary, and a bottle of champagne. They provided transportation to restaurants and many other amenities. The staff was very courteous and professional. The 7th floor pool area was awesome, with a bar and very attentive servers. We really enjoyed ourselves, they made us feel like royalty.
Very nice hotel in a great part of town. Booked the junior suite corner room. Spacious. Clean. Good amenities. A nice bar, good breakfast. Downtown Dallas. Great location. Walkable to many other restaurants / shops.
Enjoyed our weekend away and stay. The hotel and room were clean, updated, and had a touch of historical nostalgia. The staff was very welcoming and supportive. The Valet service was easy and efficient. Used the spa and enjoyed our services.
Let me start by saying that the hotel itself has always been great and the service was always good, including this stay. Now the bad of this stay, valet took my car and parked it somewhere where they say the pool was leaking through the wall all over my car. At this point it’s the hotel issue if whatever leaked on my car, valet tried to rectify the situation but had to bring outside detailer to try and clean my car because whatever it was stained the car and wheels. Very disappointed with the hotel response from this situation… Do better
