“Entire stay was 5 stars except for checkout at the end. Orville at the front desk was very rude and unhelpful which is a shame because all of the other staff were exceptional and I loved everything about the resort. The aesthetic, the amenities, the beach access and the pools were wonderful. The food was top tier and I was very impressed with all of the restaurants. Sadly, the outdoor fireplaces weren’t working but we enjoyed the fire pits, hot tub and turtle feeding. We also rented bikes and……

“Clean room”

“My boyfriend and I spontaneously decided to take a trip to HHI and needed a place to stay for a night. When looking for places I just wanted to stay somewhere that had a bed, a shower, and a toilet. This place popped up! After we checked in, the lady at the front desk offered us three options: a free room upgrade, an extra night for free, or 24/7 check out time. I initially chose one option but later decided to choose the extra free night bc I'd be silly not too. And she honored the request!……

“At first, I was very impressed with this hotel, but then I got to my room, and about 30 minutes later, a roach was crawling on the wall. You would think, after spending over 300 on a room, that would be the least of your problems. I decided I wanted to take a bath, and the stopper would work. I was very disappointed in this hotel.”

“I booked a king room with a balcony. When we got there, we checked in, parked pretty far away, carried our luggage to out room only to find 2 queen beds. Noone informed us of a room change prior to walking in and finding out ourselves. It would have been nice to be informed when checking in at least. When i went back down to the desk to ask i was told there was probably a maintenence problem.They did offer us a free breakfast for the inconvenience but it doesn't change the bed size. When we……

“Unique property SO close to the beach! The pool was great....nice alternative to the beach. The room was very clean and basic.”

“We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed Tybee Island. The motel is in a great place for access to the beach, it has its own clean pool, the room was comfortable and we had a little extra room with a coffee machine and fridge which was handy. the bathroom was teeny but the shower worked and we managed fine. The ladies on reception were friendly and helpful. I would happily stay there again.”
