Worst property I've ever rented. Pictures are not accurate
This property was damaged by a Hurricane several years ago and has never been repaired or even maintained. The outdoor swimming pool was filled with dirty, green water and the indoor pool was never reopened. Trash was over-flowing in all trash cans as I entered the property. Homeless people were sleeping in the parking garage as well as in a vehicle on the side of the building. (And using the outdoor shower for bathing that is designed for guests to wash off the sand) Caution/Danger tape still hangs in areas that were damaged which was my view when looking out the back door. Nobody wanted to take a shower because a large cockroach was in the tub upon my arrival. We had to walk to get something to eat because there was no available spaces in the parking lot and we were scared we wouldn't have a spot when we returned. I was even charged an additional 60 for not returning a parking pass which amounted to a lamenated piece of paper.We booked for 2 nights, but only stayed one. I ended up paying over 300 with all of the fees for one night. (Even with a small refund from the owner) How this property has a high rating blows my mind. Dont stay here, there are other great properties in other areas.
