Location was excellent for walkable downtown experience. The front desk staff was unfriendly and barely spoke. We were never greeted. Conversely the cleaning staff was very friendly.

Very nice hotel. However, the cafe in lobby served horrible coffee. It was starbucks, but tasted like they were re-using the grounds! Very weak coffee. If you like weak coffee, this wont be a problem. I like my coffee strong. Otherwise, great hotel.

I could not believe that we were charged for parking. It’s not like you’re in some big city. They had a half full parking lot on the property and yet we were charged almost $12 a night to park.

Everything was just as you would want and expect from a hotel. Great room, very comfortable bed, all of the amenities were easily accessible. The workout room was clean. Would totally recommend and will stay here the next time I’m in town.

Disappointing Stay
We stayed three nights. Nice greeting at check-in. Bathroom smelled like urine. Moldy, too. A/C was finicky-either freezing or hot when set at 74. We weren't told about $12.00 per night parking fee. Incidental fee of $20.00 per day was overcharged and we were told they couldn't take the extra $20.00 off, that it was the computer. Worst of all was getting stuck in the elevator while it kept going up and down without stopping. Needless to say, we won't be back!

The property is clean and comfortable. The downside is you have to pay for parking. I’ve never been to a hotel where you had to pay for parking.

Hotel is OK. Problem is that they will put extra charges on your card. Surprised that a Mariott would do this.

The room as fine - clean and quiet. The toilets were the old low ones and should be updated SOON! The charge for 2 coffees and 2 packaged yogurt/fruit/granola cups with mostly grapes and pineapple was $28!

The property is walking distance to so many small businesses that we considered a gem. The food was great and so were the drinks. We really enjoyed our stay. The only con was that some kids pulled the fire alarm in the middle of the night and caused an inconvenience to all of the guest and the parking is limited with a full hotel so if the hotel is sold out be ready for a good walk up. Overall very satisfied

Loved the location near downtown but was disappointed with the charge for parking that I wasn’t made aware, the bistro was closed on the day I was there and the mattress had big saggy depression where you lay.
