“The pictures are NOT accurate. We did not even stay 2 hrs. Mouse poop on floor, no stove, no washer or dryer. Patio covered in dirt chicken poop and leaves. Patio furniture was discusting and dirty. You didn't even want to sit on it. Yard. Not mowed. Junk sitting all over. Do not book”

“Several large palmetto bugs in room, despite manager stating it was sprayed that day. No stoppers on any drains. She said "oh well that's FL " The shower was awful, water handle control spun around@ around and couldn't get hot water!! I would not recommend this place.”

“Breakfast was nice, but limited. Room was clean. Passing by rooms, you can hear TVs and conversations, so not so sound proof.”

“The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean. The host is very nice and accommodating. My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. ”

“Room was ok. Not clean at all under coach cushions, couch and bed. Closet was full of remodeling supplies. And the bathtub is very slick I almost fell twice. ”

“We stayed at the Courtyard for 4 days while traveling for work, and unfortunately our experience was disappointing overall. The first night we arrived, our TV had a strong blue hue/tint to the picture. We called the front desk that evening, and they noted it. The next morning we stopped at the desk again before leaving for work and were told maintenance would look at it. We came back that night and nothing had been done. We reported it again the following morning and were again told it would be……
