"Clean and best hotel in the area. Plus the only hotel in the area that I have found to be pet friendly. When I come to the Daytona area I always stay here. The staff is friendly. Plus good coffee in the morning. "

"We had a deluxe waterfront room (801) and the view was great and the room was very large, clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was nice to have. The bathroom was clean and updated. Plenty of surface and underground parking. Enjoyed the daily happy hour and the continental breakfast. All staff were friendly and we would definitely stay again if in the area. My only negative comments / room for improvements would be new sheets and towels (one of our beds has holes in the sheets and 2 of our towels had holes) and the carpet transition from the bedroom to the balcony was too short and the tackstrip was exposed and my wife stepped on it. "

"We arrived early and was pleased to be able to check in. Check in was fast and pleasant. We quickly noticed our balcony door wouldn't open.Whithin 10 minutes maintenance arrived and replaced the door handle. Overfront view was perfect. While hotel may be older hotel our room was very clean and we had a great stay. Upon checking out I left my sunglasses and the nice woman cleaning our room came out before we left and returned them. This hotel will be our go to whenever visiting Daytona. Plenty of restaurants close by "
