"Room was clean and updated with very comfy beds. Pool area and pool were clean with plenty of seating and multiple pool choices. Multiple Beach access points with showers. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Tiki bar was small but cozy and tropical. Bartender was great. "

Breakfast was advertised as “continental” but it was really more than that and plentiful. The hotel is literally right on the beach. And has a pool! You couldn’t ask for more. "

Just a short walk to the beach and on your way I guarantee you will find something to eat or something to buy or something to look at. The breakfast in the morning was very very good. Whenever I needed to go to the front desk whoever was working was always cheerful, helpful and inviting. The price was perfect, the front patio is full of rocking chairs if you don't want to go anywhere and just wanna sit outside and watch traffic and people go bye. It felt like home. I can't say enough about this place and I've been to a lot of hotels. If you're going to New Smyrna Beach I would say this is your spot. I will definitely go back. And while your there check out the awesome Banyan tree directly across the street and in the morning the roosters are walking all over the place over there it's quite amazing. "
