DeLand Residences

Beautiful, clean and great customer service! I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice facilities! Fairly close to town (7 miles). Refrigerator in room allowed for snacks and drinks in the evenings!

Historic property, staff took the time to share history of the property and area.

I recently stayed for 1 night and I was very pleased with this hotel overall. The room was very clean, everything was stocked. Also the staff was great specially Kayla at the front desk. After we checked out I had some work to do and I stayed in the lobby for a few hours. Kayla came by to check on me, to see if there was anything I needed and even offered me water. I recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed!

Really nice and clean. newly built and close to town and university

It was very quiet. The staff was very accommodating . We couldn’t park our truck & trailer in the parking lot but they gave us a couple of options across the street. We appreciated that! The room was cozy and very clean. There was a “welcome bag” for us. In the evening, they had beautiful lights around the building and an area where you could sit outside. Highly recommend.

Super friendly and clean. Loved all the little extras like makeup wipes, mouthwash, shower cap, and k-cups for Keurig. Beds were super comfy and the pillows were hard not to take home. lol

This is a lovely get-away location, with great peeks of wildlife. The buildings are older but well-maintained and clean. Comfortable bed with clean linens. No pretense or paying extra for mediocre amenities. We appreciated the kitchenette and the shared green space courtyard. Nice access to the lake. Quick drive into town for groceries and dining options! This would be a great location for a family reunion, crafter's retreat or gathering for a wedding. Don't just get a block of rooms at a hotel...

Pleasant staff warmly welcomed us. Complimentary drinks on the porch or backyard garden area.

Best motel at half the price. Surprise Surprise. Finally accommodations without needing a bank loan.

Great check in and always so friendly! When I visit family, I always stay here.

I am gkad that I chose this property. The staff was very helpful and provided great customer service. I had rented an electric car and thought I was going to have to run all over town to get it charged not knowing that there was a charging station attached to the hotel. I was so happy to see that. The staff let me charge ny vehicle for as long as I needed to.

Cleanliness and friendly staff

Older hotel but very well maintained. Clean, well manicured grounds. Room was very clean and comfortable. Front desk was very helpful and friendly.

We had pleasant 2day stay. Room was clean & welcoming. Bathtub could be updated Staff very friendly.

The staff was very attentive and helpful. We were delayed moving into our new home so spent repeated stays there totaling almost 7weeks. They cleaned everything well for us and gave us fresh linen and quickly repaired a broken microwave. Parking was convenient, and overall a pleasant place to stay and rest.

.

Really good staying
