Room were comfortable but bathrooms were just barely cleaned, the tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Very disappointed that the hot tub was out of order when we stayed.

The Lodge at Deadwood was great! Will stay there again. Staff were polite, professional and friendly. Rooms were clean. Trolly took us down to main street. Drivers were helpful and knowledgeable. Plenty of gambling opportunities. Didn't go to restaurant but heard from others that the food was delicious. Hightly recommend!

We were moved for a sticky hairy room to a urine laden one. The staff was very kind, but when you are confronted by nastiness in two different rooms you rather just leave. We ended up in Rapid cit. Thanks for nothing. Really, urine on the toilet and someone elses pu ic hair all over the bathroom. Do better.

4 rooms to get it right. 1 room hairs bed. 1 room smoky. 2nd room blood!!!!! On a pillow smeared. Indoor pool heavy chlorinated. Staff is rude. I had to ask to have something done for the issues. Food in restaurant 2.5/5.

Very clean, comfortable beds, cozy place! Pool is a young parents dream as it doesn’t get I believe any deeper then 3ft 6 in. Food from sports bar was also good. Definitely will stay again!

Amazing Trip
The Lodge at Deadwood is beautiful and very comfortable. The lobby is decorated in decor that fits the Black Hills of South Dakota. The staff pays attention to detail. Our food and service was perfect in Oggie's Restaurant. They made sure our trip was memorable in a good way.

Location great. Service so/so
Hotel is great. Front desk not so much. At first the check in lady was rude when I asked for my $15 food credit. The next morning the shower was o ly lukewarm. I let them know. The 2nd morning the same. On the last day still just barely warm. I showered in the pool shower. Told them again and they offered me $15 food credit towards my next stay. The food at Oggies was good. Service good.
