“Overall it was ok, but not great for an all-inclusive property and the price it charges”

“This place was absolutely beautiful. Food was great. Views were amazing. The ONLY thing a bit negative is that the locals and staff were not that welcoming. Some staff were excellent and friendly, some were not. Overall, I would rate it a 4.8 out of 5.”

“There were a number of issues with this property. First it was not the property shown in the Expedia photo, nor was it in the location indicated on Expedia. Second, there was no remote control for the air conditioner unit in the main living area downstairs so it could not be turned on. Due to the extreme heat outside the two units in the upstairs bedrooms struggled to cool those rooms, and the whole unit was very uncomfortable to be in. Third, the customer service was appalling. “Fantastic property. Beautiful beach and always a friendly staff member to set up a beach chair and umbrella for you... Not many restaurants around and the ones that are seemed pricey. We went to th grocery store and made great ise of th in room kitchens and bbq under the gazebo... Great fun. ”

“Definitely would stay her again the room/ property was very clean the staff was very nice and friendly very close to a lot of things and especially the airport the only thing I would recommend a lil entertainment every now and then I also didn’t really like the food on the resort way overpriced I went off the resort to eat and and also there is a lot of mosquitoes which I know is out of the resorts control”

“Property is beautiful, beach is gorgeous, rooms for the Diamond Club and perks are the best. Wouldn’t stay in the resort on any other level. The diamond club butlers are the best! This resort is the most relaxing and provides entertainment nightly. Best restaurant is the steak house! And buffet near by. We went off season! I’m guessing due to this staffing was slim and so some restaurant staff seemed rude and sassy. But they didn’t ruin our mood and relaxation.”
