“There were roaches in my room. Poor food selection. They did not replenish food if it was out. They were constantly out of things like straws. Strawberry daiquiri. And mint for mojito. Most of the staff was not welcoming there were one or two they were nice but majority were not.”

“The walk to the dining room is .25 miles . Rooms are only cleaned every second day. Room service charge is $75.00 to have anything delivered to the room. This property can be truly outstanding if the management committee to address these and other issues . Like having to tell the dining room at 8:30 am when you plan to eat lunch or dinner .
One day we arrived at the dinning room early before it was officially opened for lunch , the staff told us we could not go in the dining room until it was……
