"The property, people, beach and room at Pinapple Beach Club were excellent The issue was the food, the Restaurants were either closed?, or booked up, so we had to eat at the buffet every day which was OK for breakfast, but this was our 40th wedding anniversary. We did get a reservation at the Ochrid steak restuarant but had to pay an additional $100 to eat there and the Lobster was rubbery and cold It would have been nice to have pool and beach side drink service as well. "The Lover's Beach staff was amazing - from the guys at the water sports shack (Odell, Jensen, and Shaquille) to the bartender (Kerry Anne), they were our favs. SO friendly and we had some good laughs. Kertie at the sports bar was the best! We ended up playing cards with her most nights and just laughing and having a great time. The golf cart guys are so friendly and lovely. Wasn't a huge fan of the pool scene but we are pretty laid back. Rasta Beach wasn't our style either and it had red flags..."

"There was a major seaweed issue, which I know is not the property’s fault, but we had to move rooms because it was so bad and the smell was so bad. The staff was great in upgrading us for free to better rooms, I just wish we would have known because then we would’ve changed properties.
