Everything single thing about this resort was absolutely gorgeous. The staff were amazing and beautiful human beings that made our stay the most enjoyable. Food.... impeccable, the beach... breathtaking! I would return over and over again. Much love to each and every staff!

The property is kept clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is not a buffet all inclusive. The food is restaurant style where you have to make a time slot for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was ok but if there is something on the menu you want to try please reserve certain items because they run out by 8pm dinner slot. The individual room pools are amazing. The one thing that made it not fun was the beach they provide a shuttle too was not a beach I would call it a lagoon. It would have been better if they provided a shuttle to Half Moon Bay just bring your towels because all the beach chairs were stacked up and no one there to help. If you decide to stay at the hotel rent a car and explore the many bay/beaches on the island. The furtherest beach maybe 50 min drive (Dickerson - the best beach we visited).

"We changed rooms 4 times. Almost 3 days we spent waiting at the desk to change rooms. Rooms had mold on the AC vents, bathrooms and the musty smell made my asthma worse. That place needs a lot of work. Office and front desk staff had blank reactions like they are talking to Aliens. Not helpful at ..."
